This was one of my fav chai drinks ever! I got the iced banana bread chai and it was so delicious - a good amount of sweetness, accurate banana bread flavour, and decent price for a medium. The service was quite fast. It's a drive thru so nothing too much to deal with other than waiting in the car. I wish there was a scooters near me now! read more

I have driven by this location several times and have wanted to try it, but the drive-thru line was long. Finally, there were only a couple of cars, and I pulled in. My first red flag about this place is that it was difficult to find traditional coffee selections on their menu board, which was littered with what I would call more dessert drinks than coffee. I typically get a drip or a latte on my first visit to a place. The service was very friendly, and I thought the price was average for what I ordered. The first sip was mediocre, but as I continued drinking, the latte began to taste a little better. Truth be told, I would not come back here. I am sure they have a following of people who like sweet drinks, and to them I say enjoy. However, I am more of a traditional coffeehouse guy, and this place isn't for me. read more

Their stores are always small, modern, and sleek, with limited seating outside. So, plan to take it to go They are also passionate about what they do. So, get ready for a tasty treat. I always get the blended mocha, a small coffee with cream, and an iced latte. My favorite drink is the blended mocha. From the first sip to the last drip. I always savor every last sip of that delicious drink. It's creamy, chocolaty, and has a bold coffee flavor! Topped with delicious whipped cream. Also, I love taking home a cup of coffee for the next day. Trust me when I say that this coffee is incredible! I always gets the large iced latte with whole milk. That drink is pure perfection! I've kept my eye on Scooter's once they started building their drive-thru off Rte 59 and they are finally open! We made a pit stop here for breakfast and here's what we ordered: Iced Medium Caramelicious Large Black Coffee (medium roast) Bacon Burrito Everything Bagel Sandwich The total rang up to be about $19 and we were instructed to "scoot right around" to the next window. You gotta love the pun :) Their theme right now is Candyland and their menu has all these fun, colorful drinks items like: Queen Frostine Sugar Cookie (literal cookie, or flavored latte/blender), Mr. Mint Hot Chocolate, Jolly Gumdrop Smoothie, Gramma Nutt Cold Brew/Latte/Blender, and King Candy Cake Bites. As someone who played the Candylanr board game as a kid, the nostalgia hit home. They also put stickers on your drinks, which adults and kids alike would love (I guess I'm speaking for myself). Can you tell I was a 90s kid? The bagel sandwich was good, a little on the small side, like the size of an English muffin, and the sausage patty like a spicy kick to it which I liked. On the bacon burrito, my husband said "it was good" and "it does the job." He even gave me permission to take a photo of the cross-section of his burrito while he was enjoying it, just for this review. My latte was really good, meaning I could taste the espresso under the sweetness of the caramel, which is what I like, and how I make espressos at home. Scooter's is my favorite place to get coffee. Everyone is super nice. This is a drive-thru only Scooter's. So, prepare to get your coffee to go. My favorite treat to order is a small $1.00 hot coffee with cream. I savor every last sip. I used to always order a few iced coffees. But, I was bummed to find out that they stopped serving them. I ordered four coffees and three of them were different and they bothered to actually label the Coffees which was unheard of in this day and age. Thank you! Quite friendly. Love Scooters! We went for the first time today and it was great. The drive thru was quick, the coffee was fresh, and there were plenty of options and modifications. Downhill Fast!! started going when they opened. since has been a crap shoot. The run out of cold brew or they do not have XL cups. It's okay if this happens on occasion but it was a constant occurrence. This morning I waited for 15 min. In line to get my order. Not once did they mention that their scanner was down and the couldnt take payment from the app. No sign no warming when I ordered. I spent $12-$15 per visit. NOT ANYMORE!! Save your money, and do not download the app. They won't let you use it if their equipment is down. For what you charge for boild water and coffee, you should never run out of cups and or coffee. Maybe having a backup scanner so future customers (fools), wont be inconvenienced. Excitement turned into disappointment quickly at Scooters in Naperville. Called cooorate to get my money back from the app. I bet they dont even care! read more

I ran into this little gem while shopping at Marshall's. I didn't even knew it existed until I moved to Naperville few months ago. So I am getting to know new businesses. Love their coffee, not too strong or too light. Just perfect. It's only a drive-thru but there was not many cars so it was fairly quick if you are in a rush. They have delicious donuts too. Not good. You can make way better and healthier drinks at home. Also, I only tried it because the Scooter guy was in the Marshall's parking lot approaching people and begging them to try their drinks. It was kind of creepy to be approached in a parking lot.
