We arrived on time and were the second table seated in a dining room that only contained eight tables. Great music, with classic rock and country played at a moderate level. Servers were all super nice and engaging. I could tell this was a place where the regulars come often and the staff knows them well. I got my OJ and my friend got her coffee. Juice tasted pretty fresh, but I admit I wish it had a little pulp. Right away we headed up to the buffet line and it was so amazing. Herb and cheese frittata, thick cut bacon, thick sausage patties, cheesy hash browns, banana bread French toast, biscuits, sausage gravy, Caprese salad, cinnamon rolls, raspberry brownies, fruit salad, almond poppyseed scones, chocolate chip cookies... Everything I tried was excellent. The bacon and sausage were so full of flavor and as I mentioned they were thick, nothing wimpy about this breakfast meat. The French toast really had that nice banana and cinnamon flavor going. Cheeses added richness to the shredded hash brown potatoes. That cinnamon roll was so flaky. I even took some the buttercream frosting on top and spooned it on the French toast bake and that only made it even more amazing. I almost felt sorry for the fruit salad of blueberries, red grapes, and honeydew! 23 dollars was a pretty solid deal, especially since it was unlimited portions.
