Yogurt bowl with peanut butter (lower left hand corner).

Cross contamination. My son is severely allergic to peanut butter. We ordered a yogurt bowl and whoever made it used a spoon or something that was used for a peanut butter dish. If my son ate that, he would be in the hospital or worse. Horrible.

Stopped in to this Tropical Smoothie location to kill some time before meeting a friend and had a great experience. First of all, the cafe was immaculately clean and tidy (all tables cleaned, floor cleaned even though it was raining, etc.), and the whole place smelled so good, like fresh baked desserts. I've only been to a Tropical Smoothie once before, so I asked the guy at the counter (jacked gingery guy with a beard) for suggestions. He gave a number of really solid suggestions, provided flavor profiles, and then brought my smoothie out to me. While I was hanging in the cafe, I heard all employees working together to make food/drinks and clean up. Just seemed like a really well-oiled machine. Would seriously recommend!

Management is very disrespectful. they use old rotten food and tell employees to not say anything or they will be fired.

Their smoothies are always on point. It's worth the 7.00 they cost as well. You can also buy one and split it. They are very tasty.

I have been getting vehicles wrapped for campaign advertisements for many years, and Chicago Wrap definitely does a premium job compared to some other places. I finally decided to satisfy my curiosity and take the five-day beginner's course for color change. It is a useful curriculum that gives students ample time to practice and perfect the different techniques. And getting to be instructed by a founding member of the team is a cool experience. But even more amazing than the hands-on practicum is getting the opportunity to watch the other professionals at work. You can learn alot just by watching these people and the way they take their craft to the next level. As a regular consumer, it might be easy to have sticker shock at first and think that the prices being asked are high. But believe me, you get what you pay for. And you certainly wouldn't want your wrap done on the cheap and then be stuck with an inferior job that looks like crap. These guys' work is flawless! And after seeing the level of care and attention to detail that goes into what they do, you'll realize it's worth the money.

There are plently of employees, so you don't wait much. Overall, they were nice and friendly, and I haven't seen them messing around or doing something weird at all times. That's a plus. As to the food, I guess that's a great choice of cuisine to add among common food court stuff like italian, philly steaks and chinese. And a decent selection of ingredients as well, you can fully customize your wrap or bowl. I got the falafil wrap on tomato basil tortilla, and it was super good, however, the structure did not go well. Hummus made tortilla bottom soggy, it broke a bit and insides started falling off... Either another tortilla bread needed, or a different way to wrap. Fries were freshly made right for me, golden and crispy. The only thing I didn't get is pricing, for a combo of falafil wrap, fries and lemonade I paid $15, which is out of this world. Ok well, they may say all of their neighbors are in the same price range which is true; however mall food court food (even if its decent) should not cost 1,5 half times much of a regular meal same price elsewhere. That may be a landlords' problem skyrocketing these people rent or what else is causing this idk. That's not much difference, when you go to this specifil mall once in a year, but I've visited so many other places that deserve those extra $5 instead. A star down for pricing.

The food court has decent options, but I thought this looked pretty good. We got a gyro bowl, which is what it sounds like.... Instead of the bread the gyro is in a bowl. Kinda reminds me of Chipotle and the burrito bowl. We also tried the falafel and hummus wrap, which was really good. Topped it all off with fries.... Very thick cut fries and they tasted great. If you're at the outlet mall and hungry, definitely try this place.

Steak medallions in a Madeira wine sauce with mushrooms and asparagus were delicious and perfectly cooked. We split two pieces of cheesecake, the key lime and the salted caramel with a Blondie crust; both were amazing! The eponymous dish at a restaurant had better be good, and the Cheesecake Factory's cheesecake really was excellent. Our server was polished and on the ball, even at a busy time. Told her to just make sure our dinner doesn't come out on top of the appetizer. Appetizer arrives and 1 minute 45 seconds later our dinner arrives. I ordered the Grilled Steak Medallions (from the Skinnylicious Specialties menu) and told her to hold the mushrooms and mashed potatoes. So what I should have received were pieces of steak and asparagus and tomatoes; I got pieces of steak. Server said I should have told her that I wanted the Grilled Steak Medailions from the Skinnylicious menu because what she brought me was Steak Diane from the regular menu. So apparently that was my fault for saying Grilled Steak Medallions (which is only on the Skinnylicious menu) and not specifically stating "not Steak Diane". Btw, Steak Diane was $3 more. Then manager comes over and backs up the server by asking me if I would like a side of asparagus. I said no because asparagus comes with what I ordered. Manager asked me what they should do. I said "do whatever you feel is right". Deer in the headlights. Bottom line, all of this shinola is 1st world problems. Do/go wherever you choose. Caveat emptor.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, visiting about three times a month, and I always order the same thing: the Famous Chicken Gyro (#14, no tomatoes) with a fresh, made-to-order sack of fries. Until now, I have never had a problem. On 12/15 at approximately 5:10 PM, I came in and ordered my usual and dined in. When I bit into the gyro, after getting past the honey mustard, the chicken was hard, crusty, and completely dried out--clearly overcooked from sitting too long on the rotisserie. While disappointing, I didn't make a big deal out of it. I finished my fries, which were still hot and fresh, and calmly showed the cashier the gyro. I spoke quietly and respectfully and explained that the chicken wasn't good. She was polite and said they would remake it. I thanked her several times and explained that I normally don't complain, but I was hungry and on a short lunch break. I asked if I could take the replacement to go since I was running late. As I grabbed my jacket and returned to the counter, I overheard the cashier telling the two cooks something along the lines of, "It's not like that--he's a nice guy and comes here all the time." I took this as her trying to explain that I wasn't trying to get free food, just that the gyro had been poorly prepared. When I returned to work and opened the replacement gyro, I was shocked. There was a broom bristle placed inside the chicken gyro, hidden under a large amount of honey mustard. I have spent a significant amount of money at this business over the years, and I am beyond angry and disappointed. Putting what appears to be a dirty broom bristle--used to clean floors--into a customer's food is unacceptable, unsanitary, and malicious. Because of how this was handled and how I was treated, I will never return. I am filing complaints and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware. This is not about a bad gyro--it's about employee behavior and food safety, and I hope ownership takes this seriously.

We got our fill of freshly cooked Taiwanese food before stocking up on your Asian groceries, walking off a full belly at Park to Shop (Aurora). My husband ordered the pork belly bento box meal that comes with a drink of choice. We got the passionfruit tea qq and by we it's really just me; a fruit tea all to myself :) I ordered the curry beef brisket bento. This option was not available for a "meal" that comes with a drink in the price. All bentos came with a soy braised egg (the yolk was jammy and perfect) and some pickled yellow daikon. The food was freshly prepared to order. When you walk in, there's actually several options to order. You can 1) order at the kiosk by the cashier 2) place your order with the friendly woman behind the desk or 3) sit down at a table and order using the QR code at each table. The space was modern and clean, with a few tables near the front entrance that would fit a party of 4, but mostly tables and chairs along the side wall that would fit 2. Seating is similar to what you'd see at a standard cafe (like one that serves espresso/coffee drinks) so it might not be the best place if you have a large party and want to sit together. There was a friendly men and woman who were cooking in the kitchen and taking/servers orders, respectively. It was definitely a mom and pop vibe, which I love and am happy to support their business. Taiwanese noodle soup is on their menu but it's "coming soon." Once their noodle soup is being served, we will definitely be back to try it. It would be perfect during the colder months. Five stars!
