The food was fantastic. We ordered a burger and a Philly. Both were great, large portions, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place for seafood boil! I was craving a spot that does seafood boils/ seafood by the pound. A…read morelong time ago, in my mid to late 20s era, we would order seafood boil for Father's Day so this was very nostalgic for me. I've seen the sign for Sea Shack from Route 59 and finally got to try it when my sister was visiting Naperville. I called in an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. What we ordered for 3 adults: 1 lb peeled shrimp, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb black mussels, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb clams, mild 1 corn on the side 1 sausage on the side onion rings chicken tenders and fries 2 orders of rice We had plenty of food and enough for leftovers. My favorite part might be the cajun butter sauce with white rice... even more than the seafood. I love white rice with basically any sauce. The food was fresh, the sauce was mild as requested, still flavorful and not too salty. If you order the clams on its own, no sides, the bag might seem a little small but that's just because the clam meat is so small. For takeout, your seafood will come double bagged so it was leak proof. We decided to empty the bags into bowls since we were doing family style, and it was a hearty meal. I can't comment on the ambiance since it was a takeout order, but we enjoyed our food. We'll be back!

I had some of their cajun pasta and calamari, both were quite small serving sizes for their price. What put me off was adding shrimp to the pasta for 5.99 only to be given exactly five pieces of shrimp. The pasta had nothing cajun about it and served on a big plate to look bigger than it is, far too big for the small table! The pasta itself was nice, however it tasted like grocery store jar alfredo sauce. And the restaurant had far too loud music for so little people there, couldn't even talk properly to the server or family despite sitting so close on a tiny table. Would not recommend

First off, the place is very nice looking - feast your eyes on the photos. Angled windows in front, nice table spaces, art at every table, a nice oil candle, and good enough lighting that you can read the menu without wrecking the intimate nature of a booth. The menu (photos attached) is loaded with good stuff. For an appetizer, we selected their Imperial American Wagyu Filet Carpaccio, which came with thinly sliced Wagyu Filet, topped with black truffle, king crab, kaluga caviar, panna grattato, and other tasty stuff. It was served on a white plate with bread, and was incredibly tasty. My wife ordered their Lobster Linguini (on the bill) or Linguini Aragosto on the menu. She enjoyed it very much, and even took some home. On the other hand, I went with their Butcher's Butter Spinalis which was a Ribeye Cap. It was very tender, very tasty, nicely seasoned and cooked as requested at medium rare temperature. With that, we ordered their Rosemary Potatoes, which were "family sized" (enough for two or three) and tasted great. We closed out with a cannoli which was two-sided with two different end preps, which was excellent. To work with all this, I needed a wine which would work for the seafood and the meat, so I selected a Grosjean Pinot Noir, which worked great with both. Service was very very very good - regular checks, food timing was good with each part coming out with enough time to easily finish it before the next course came out. Our waitstaff Ashley kept us watered, and even removed the cork from the wine using a wine key while standing. Nicely done! This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion, or just to go for a nice, relaxed meal. They do store their wine horizontally (like you are supposed to, see the picture) and keep it out of the sun. They also have a deli on the west end with reduced hours, so if you want something I'd suggest going there before you arrive so you don't miss it.

It sits across some new apartments/condos and in a center with a Starbucks and another popular restaurant called Hardware. The parking lot is very large and shared with Hardware and a garden with greens is nearby and used for dishes. The restaurant also has a deli and pizza to go area connected to it. Nice decor inside and ambiance. We snagged a table on the patio which is rather large and completely covered by the extended building and not a thin umbrella. It was very nice . Great attentive staff and waitress. We started with sushi. It was really good but overpriced for 2 pieces of red snapper and tuna sushi each. 2 for $12. But it was good. My husband had fried clams and a salad. He loved them both. For his entree he had the flank steak medium rare with potatoes and veggies. I tasted it as well and it was all great. I would have given this place a 5 but my dish, which was the oxtail pasta, was unimpressive and really quite bland. My husband's selection was far better. And he raved about his desserts, yes 2! He had the apple streusel there and cannolis to go but he didn't wait to leave to try the cannolis. He love Italian food and said the cannolis were the best he's ever had! And he ate all of the streusel. So my thought is this place is perfect for a special occasion or a date night but remember it's on the pricey side. I would come again and often for dessert and save the dinner for a special day.

Inside, the building is very beautiful but very similar to all the other Coopers Hawk location. For lunch, we had the Tuna Sashimi, and I got the Trio Medallions which came with Mashed Potatoes and I got Bettys Potatoes instead of Asparagus. My meal was very delicious. Our server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive. She was amazing! The only slight negative during this visit was the wait. We showed up at 12 and there didn't seem to be anyone in the restaurant besides me and like 3 other people (maybe I was wrong), but it took a long time for my food to arrive... over an hour. If it was busy or maybe they were... but 1.5+ hours was a little long. I wish I could only dock 1/2 a star though because the service and food was amazing and I would be back for those two alone. Overall, I would be back in the future.
