We come to this Starbucks every Tuesday and Thursday evening. This location has the best baristas out of any Starbucks I have been to (and I have been to a lot of them). Every single barista there is kind and welcoming. Nobody makes a Starbucks drink like they do, I've never had a bad coffee from them. They all deserve raises, recognition, and all the good things. Great location in a shopping center and no drive through (some people don't like that) but sometimes it is nice to get out of car and interact with people. This place is nice inside and as you get to register the cashier greets us. That does not happen a lot so we appreciated that and she did that for each person that got to her register. I love this Starbucks! I come here often to study and it is the only Starbucks I know that has a conference room where you can go and study in! I love that, great place for really quiet study. The service: the best! The staff here is so incredibly nice. Actually, this story is worth mentioning. I was studying quietly in the conference room once and this homeless man kept talking to me. A staff member saw that and sent a male staff member in and he politely asked me to help him open a door, I said sure. Once I got out of the room, he quietly asked, "hey are you okay? I can kick that man out if he is making you uncomfortable." I said it was fine because he was harmless and I was leaving soon. He said "okay, just let us know, we are watching." I mean, HOW nice is that? I can't get over it. I even told my parents and they said that they are glad staff like that exists and look out for customer wellbeing. Two evenings ago we bought one of their $40.00 plastic coffee cups and realized it had a crack in it. Today I went into exchange it, and they made a spectacle out of the situation, as though I might be fraudulently trying to return something I may not have actually bought. The manager and the employee had a lengthy, whispering meeting together, and then went into a long search in the computer, saying, "we have to find receipt that you purchased this." Even after they said, "we know you are regulars, we always see you here." The refused to exchange the $40.00 coffee cup because I didn't have a receipt. I come here in the morning during what seems to be their first rush of the day around 8am. All of my drinks have always been served to me with all the correct instructions along with food. Whether it be an extra scoop of strawberries or light ice instead of regular amount of ice, they never disappoint. Two words that make this my new favorite Starbucks: Study Room. If you're a student and need to find a good place to study, this is the spot. The study room has a big white board (you have to provide your own dry erase markers), lots of chairs, and a big table. There's also a projector, however, it didn't work when I went there. It was also pretty quiet inside even though the actual cafe was busy. The room is first come first serve so you might have to come early if you really want the room. As for the Starbucks itself, it's a bit larger than other locations I've been to. You have all your standard drinks, plus the seasonal drinks depending on the time of year. Like others have said, the customer service is hit or miss. My friend ordered her drink and was not pleased with the service because they were rude. I didn't witness this myself but just beware. I like this location and will continue to use it whenever I need some caffeine to go with my studying. This is the perfect place for students because you have your study space and coffee all in one place! read more

A great store to do a little work. Make sure when you order you have their attention. I have experienced staff taking your order to cut you off and take care of dial in orders. Then you need to repeat your order as the staff are distracted by other staff joking around. Is this Starbucks? Or a fun house? Usually a store that is prompt, but new staff need training. read more

Ordered a tall tea and a Venti water. Girl behind the register was gossiping to the girl making the drinks about how customers shouldn't order water because they are running out of cups. Girl making drinks then slid me both my drinks across the counter rudely and almost let them fall off if I didn't catch them. These girls seem to be unhappy working here. I've worked in retail before and many customers have asked for discounts and free items. If they can not have something, I simply reply with "no, sorry, we cannot do that for you." Most of the time they understand. There's no reason to gossip or get passive aggressive but these baristas have not learned that. I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to coffee shops. I have 3 main criteria for any coffee shop I go to. 1. Good Coffee - meh, it's Starbucks, so you know what to expect with your drink order. 2. Fast, reliable wifi - Yup. Google wifi is awesome. 3. Plenty of seating WITH outlets (this is key) - Yup! Plenty of seating with lots of sunlight to keep you sane during those long study/work hours. Also, love that there is outdoor seating for when you really wanna get some extra vitamin D. Plenty of outlets to go around too. I was pleasantly surprised by this Starbucks.
