Quite a busy Starbucks location. Plenty of seating space indoors and outdoors (however, if you want to freeze to death during the winter time then feel free to plop yourself outside with your cup of sugared coffee). Service is quick and friendly. Bathrooms are clean, however because this place gets so busy, there's usually a wait. They also have a drive-thru window at this location. read more

This new Starbucks is perfectly situated for my daily commute to Mount Vernon. I always go in because I bring my mug. The inside is well-laid out and welcoming. The staff are still new and learning a few products, but since I usually just get a dark roast, this is an easy order. I do wish that dark roast was available every morning. Two light brews and Pikes Place are not why I go to Starbucks. Pourovers take 5+ minutes. read more

Talk about an encouraging uplifting staff! Upon walking in, I was greeted by all three people behind the counter, despite them all being occupied with other tasks. Then I was bombarded by incredibly kind and seemingly genuine compliments on my dress, makeup and jewelry, by all of them! Wow, I mean, come on; who doesnt like flattery? Of course I was given a delicious drink that was made perfectly, which came as no surprise to me, because I rarely come across an employee at this company who isnt beyond competant at their job. I love starbucks. I think I'm being pretty transparent about that -- all of them are staffed by hardworking and friendly individuals -- but this specific shop really just drove that home for me, today, bringing to the surface why I choose this company over almost all others for my coffee, tea and snack needs. My friend Gail loves Starbucks. We meet every other week at one of them. She introduced me to this location three months ago and now it's the only one we meet at. The staff is fantastic, namely Matthew. I can't have too much caffeine it makes me sick. He made me up a special herbal tea that was easy on my stomach and got rid of a headache too. I love the big parking lot which at most locations you don't find, plenty of seating and all with a view out a window. read more

Where to start... starbucks is an establishment of Berkin stocks, frameless glasses and repeated greetings, a me casa is your casa atmosphere if you will. I feel at home at any starbucks I so luckily find my self trotting into. BUT THIS ONE, this starbucks takes all the cakes. The intensity in there eyes while they make my artisan espresso drinks can not be matched and or replicated. The location is perfect to hop on and off the freeway. The reason I gave 3 stars is because you have to go inside, the drive thru is very narrow and the curbs are too high. I scraped the front bumper of my new car. Once you get in you can't get out without a scratch. The drive thru person said they get lots of compaints. Yesterday, my friend popped her tire going through the drive thru. It's TERRIBLE! Starbucks, please spend the money and make your drive thru correctly. read more
