The barista was kind and took our orders efficiently. The drinks came out within 6 minutes so were relatively fast. We ordered a caramel macchiato and a whole milk cappuccino. I didn't order cold brew I ordered an iced latte- you know with espresso shots and I wanted caramel syrup but instead of informing me that they only Carry the sauce they just started making my drink. Caramel sauce is way sweeter than caramel syrup. I felt like a jerk asking them to start over. They were visibly annoyed. But it's very unhelpful when they don't confirm with you the type of drink you want and just automatically assume what you want. I did not like the customer service.
