The drinks here are okay, but not great. It's gone downhill. I get the same, simple order when I go to a Starbucks. This place is only consistent in how inconsistently they make it. When I go there lately it seems like all the workers and customers alike are super grumpy. Not a great environment. Can't avoid it either, because there's no drive thru. Parking is stressful. All in all, I prefer to drive out to Anderson Mill for my Starbucks fix, even though this place is closer to my home. Heck, I'll even find an excuse to go to Target and go in to their Starbucks instead. They just have a vibe that I'd rather avoid and that I've never associated with any Starbucks I've been to before or since. read more

I love this location due to the outdoor seating!! They have a great courtyard with lots of tables- some are covered. It's in the shopping center with Trader Joes, as well as other stores that get a lot of traffic, so be prepared to look for parking- there's plenty of spots, just a tight fit for some. They just remodeled the store and it's beautiful. They baristas are friendly and I have never had an issue with drink or food. read more

It's a Starbucks. The coffee will always be the same and so will the people. As a couple posters have mentioned, if you go there enough you will remember some of the same people going there again and again. This Starbucks is always pretty busy on Saturdays, although the line is never atrocious that I've seen. Parking can be a mess because of all of the shops in the strip center, but just go over a couple of parking rows and you'll find spaces. Employees are always friendly and attentive. My favorite aspect of this location is the ample outdoor seating. I love seeing everyone outside on a beautiful afternoon enjoying their coffee and the company of others. read more

It's Starbucks. It's the Arboretum. What else needs to be said that hasn't already been said? My interesting aside for this review is I've been going to this location for way more than 10 years. Since I started going, there has always been a core group of guys meeting there that must live at this place. They must either be independently wealthy, retired or just plain lazy. Besides that, only thing that separates this 'bucks from any other 'bucks is their outdoor patio. It's pretty cool. A great place for people watching while you slake your thirst and get that caffeine monkey off your back for at least a few more hours. read more

I love coming to this starbucks b/c I love the adirondack chairs out front under the trees. It is a great place to come sit and chat with a friend and watch the folks walk in and out. I have never had any issues with the service or quality of the food/drink here. Just another starbucks...with killer chairs out front! :) Just save us two spots. read more

This used to be a 5-star Starbucks when Saks Fifth Avenue was still next door. Now that the department store is gone, the quality of service & drinks is noticeably different. The staff are neither as friendly or fun. The management clearly has changed. The baristas have the kind of attitude that is uncharacteristic of Starbucks. It's interesting how a few bad apples can ruin a good thing. The female barista with red hair is the worse. When you see her making drinks...RUN! In fact, run right over to the Starbucks at Randall's. The service and drinks are simply better. Plus, the staff are more fun. read more

I have been here on several different occasions and one thing is always consistent: poor service. On a few different occasions they got my order wrong. I let them know only to have the Barista give me a dirty look then proceed to fix my order. He treated me like I was inconveniencing him and I left feeling as though I did something wrong. This Starbucks has a very nice interior and patio seating. However, parking can be a pain and it is ALWAYS busy. Today at prime time lunch hour, they only had two people total working. One was new. This used to be nearly always crowded but since they remodeled it and lost seats and tables - go figure - there is rarely space during the day. Long lines and when you get your coffee there is nowhere to sit except outside on the patio. Pass on by. read more

Best Starbucks store. Very spacious both indoor and outdoors. Many customers with their laptop here but all very gracious and minding their own businesses. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. They even have a night menu that offer beer and wine. It doesn't get better than that. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks after their renovation. I can't believe how much bigger and nicer it looks now. Most importantly, it has PLENTY of seats with power outlets. It used to feel so crammed and I couldn't get a seat with power most of the time. It's certainly not an issue now. This location also serves alcohol and an evenings menu. read more

I have never been so offended by the level and overly extreme left employees they may have on staff. Made a comment about the gender bathrooms and I called them 'Jenner' bathrooms. The employee waiting to go in and hang a sign was of course offended and naturally looked like she was offended. In my calm nature, it's not in my best interest to even debate with extreme left staff at a place I have been coming too for years. So I calmly patted her shoulder and said 'hey, I don't have anything against Bruce or what he stands for...... IMMEDIATELY SHE ACTED LIKE I HAD ASSAULTED HER AND SAID....... based on my religion......... I don't let men touch me. In front of customers. Like I wanted to 'touch' her that way. People were around watching and I felt like I had done something criminal. So I decided, if they have people so 'case' sensitive working in this store, I am now 1 less customer. Gas station coffee is much less offending. And they wonder what is wrong with our world today. The problem with this world could just be standing behind the counter. **** But not James....... he is the best Starbucks employee ever. read more

Seven miles into a ten mile run, I ran out of water and extremely thirsty. Stopped into this Starbucks and begged some water from a nice employee (I was dumb enough to not have brought any money with me). Anyhow, they even gave me ice! It was much appreciated and I told her I'd be back to buy some coffee. Around an hour and a half later, I stopped back in to get that coffee. The woman who gave me the water rang me up. I thanked her again for the water. She told me the coffee was on the house since I had "held up my end of the bargain". Pretty nice of her, and that small gesture just made my day. read more

Starbucks is big on paying their baristas better than other establishments and they are big on social activism but not so big on hygiene. I met my husband for a coffee earlier this week and despite a recent remodel, the ambiance truly lacked. Every square inch of this establishment is truly filthy. Not just cluttered, or messy due to high traffic. Just filthy. Even the blinds are grimy. The tables and windowsills sticky with rings of many, many coffee drinks from days, perhaps weeks, of customers dribbling their drinks as they set them down and absolutely no one coming around to wipe anything down. The floor was sticky, too with dried spills every few feet, indicating no one had cleaned the place in some time. I left before I needed the restroom because I had recently been to the restroom at the Parmer Starbucks location and it was the stuff of nightmares. I am pretty much off Starbucks for now. It's mood-killing to see such a highly rated brand care so little about the health and happiness of their customers. There is simply no excuse. read more

Only 2 people working with a crowd of about 30... Service EXTREMELY SLOW... Waited for 30 mins for one drink... Would not recommend

I plan to expand on this in a longer letter, but...wow! I am deeply touched by what took place at this location today. I met a friend for some mom-buddy time earlier today. We both had our kiddos in tow--hers, 12 months; mine, 13 months. Right as I was getting up to leave, while I was carrying my daughter, my iced mocha, and my very-full diaper bag, my little one pulled her sock off and knocked my drink to the floor. It spilled everywhere. I felt terrible about it. My mom friend ran to tell an employee, and one came over immediately. I apologized profusely, but he simply stated, "no worries, this is an accident, and you're carrying a baby..." He said they would clean up the mess, and they would replace my drink. I told him not to worry about it because I had already drank half of it, but he insisted. I had to run out as my baby had hit her limit and started to fuss, and I was unable to get this amazing employee's name. I plan to return tomorrow to find out his name and thank him again for being so incredibly generous and kind in such an embarrassing situation. read more

They are all very personable and no matter how busy they are, the quality of the drinks are never compromised, and I am never waiting long THe patio area is huge and there is some shade. Basically everyone knows starbucks. And I'm pretty sure everybody has tried it. I am only writing this review because there is an awesome thing there that you can try which isn't on the menu and very rare. It's called a "bubble gum Frappuccino". Ask someone of they can make a one. If they can't, ask for a strawberry Frappuccino with raspberry pumps according to the size. Venti: 2 pumps. Grande: 1.5 pumps and tall is 1 pump of raspberry syrup. You will be surprised how good it is!! read more

I went into Starbucks location for the first time this afternoon. Walking in, it was not a busy day. The lady taking order was not friendly. My order turned out wrong, and the ice in my coffee was already watered down when I got my coffee.. This is by far the WORSE Starbucks I have gone to.
