I think overall, the cleanings were mostly good, but it felt like there was always something and at some level I didn't really trust the owner Emma. The first time my apartment was cleaned, a lady showed up with what appeared to be two children who should have been in school. I didn't think much of it at first, but it later became apparent to me that the lady cleaning always brought at least one child with her. None of the children spoke English and the situation made me a little uncomfortable. At some point it came up in conversation and Emma insisted to me that this child was actually an employee and was there to clean my unit. She said she has a hard time finding a job because most employers do not believe she is 18, but that she was. Since she looked and acted like a child, this just strained credulity . . . When I first booked, I asked if she could just skip a large guest bathroom/bedroom and bill us for a two bedroom apartment instead of a three bedroom. I was told this was impossible because of her system and she had no choice but to charge me the higher rate. At some point it came up again that I was paying to have rooms cleaned that I didn't want cleaned and she told me if I paid her via Venmo rather than credit card she would continue cleaning all of the rooms, but at a lower price. I said this was fine, but then they stopped cleaning the extra rooms and told me this was what we agreed to. Fine, but it definitely wasn't what we agreed to. Finally, Emma told me rather abruptly that she could no longer clean my apartment. There was a story that involved someone hurting their back, someone else going to Mexico, and Emma being allergic to cats. It didn't really feel that believable and I can think of other reasons why she would do this, but in the end it felt like an 'ok' resolution since at some level I didn't trust her anymore because of all the stories she told me.

Denise did the design, the required budgeting, and the planning work upfront to make sure all the required materials would be ready. Then, being the one-stop-shop she is, Denise and her team were able to supervise the clean-up, do the required touch up of paint and such, assemble new furniture pieces, and provide and install all the original art needed to make the place a show stopper. First, they showed up to help me trudge through the terrible job of purging and got me super organized. The painful process was somehow made doable by Kat and her team (shout out to Emmerie!), with their firm but gentle persistence to get it all done. They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. They showed up on-time and worked without stopping aside from a short lunch break (which was always fun getting to chat with them) -which was quite impressive given the slog I put them through. They are delightful and super enjoyable and easy to work with, I cannot recommend this crew highly enough!!

Here is why : Day 1- Their lead housekeeper came downstairs and told me she tossed a thick plastic mat I had in a tub because it was creating stains and it was "only" a couple dollars to replace. I told her the mat was for my safety and to place it back( it also wasn't a couple dollars, it was $20). I went to my kitchen and one of the housekeepers stuck a long lighter in my knife rack. I didn't make my way upstairs until later that evening(I have sprained ankles so my mobility is limited). I noticed they "missed" a room. Neither housekeeper made mention of it before they left .I text Carlos about it that evening and he said he'd sent someone out the following day. Day 2 - The same lead housekeeper came back with two other girls and walked in my house without knocking.They stayed for about 5 minutes then the lead housekeeper came downstairs and showed me photos of the job they'd done on the missed room then left. I made it upstairs that evening and all the lights were on upstairs. I went to look in the room they'd missed.I tried to close the door I couldn't . The lead housekeeper left boxes in the doorway and I couldn't close it . I text Carlos that evening again and he said he'd send someone out again the following morning. I told him to not send the lead housekeeper again as I no longer had confidence in her work. Day 3-Carlos sent his wife . She moved the boxes and refunded $20 for the mat his lead housekeeper took it upon herself to toss A house cleaning should not require a 2nd much less a 3rd visit.Their work is definitely not worth the increase in their price.

Which one is a lie? -Your website lists your business address as Suite 306. My husband is familiar with the area, and states that the address you listed is a trailer park. I am sure that is a really nice suite. Another lie. -I noticed that when you get an unfavorable review, you say it wasn't you or your company. Is this your standard response or yet another lie? -Should I go into the conversation you had with our daughter while you were at our property? I had her look at your Yelp picture and she said that it was you. Do you always ask young female customers about whether they have a boyfriend, and if they are into older men? Judging from the condition of the van and the fact that you live in a mobile home park, I believe you are lying again. At least try something believable when you lie. The project required a lot of work- not a DIY job for us. He and his team demolished, abated and rebuilt the ceiling. Wow! Such an amazing job. His price was very fair (we didn't have time to get multiple bids- but the price seemed very good). And he started the same day! He also worked during the week of Thanksgiving- coming daily to check on the drying-abatement issue. Additionally he finished strong- with the final touches and cleaning up. His work is very professional- using all right materials to protect our kitchen, equipment and supplies to do the job right. We already want to use him again- hopefully when our ceiling isn't falling on us! His work felt like a combination of professional and treating our home like his own. Just call him!

We have selected Centex Carpet and Paint over other large Roofing Companies. Manuel was very honest, sincere, kind and considerate. He did not asked us to sign any contracts on the first meeting, and he suggested several options of fixing the back siding. Manuel had waited until the weather was sunny and warm with no rain in the forecast and completed a great job on our back siding. He replaced areas with holes and painted the entire back side of the house. Remember, Manuel's bid was at least, 5 times less than other local and national roofing companies that had their company sign all over the neighborhood. I strongly recommend Centex Carpet and Paint. We will be contacting Manuel in a few months to paint our house and replacing the carpet.
