All seemed to go well initially the carpets were ordered and fitted, everything seemed fine. Then I started to get emails saying the invoice was outstanding and I was due money. This was a problem on so many levels but the main one was I did not pay for the carpets and could not go back to the person whose card was used to get proof of payment. What really annoyed me was the lack of remorse shown by the firm, no apologetic emails, just, you are due us money , pay now threats. When I asked the perpetrator of the emails to escalate the matter I got push back! Eventually the matter was escalated and after some email exchanges things went quiet for a few months, I wrongly assumed that Flooring Warehouse has resolved the matter internally or used common sense not to pursue the sum outstanding ..... then threats started again, this time of legal action. Talking to other business owners they said they would have owned the mistake and written off the sum outstanding (50% was paid upfront). Not with this lot, they seem to have little regard for their reputation or the inconvenience and stress caused to the buyer as a result of their own incompetence. Buyer beware, use someone who values their clients and puts the customer above their bottom line. The customer, after all, is always right.

Everything moved faster than expected, which was a huge bonus! Their pricing was also better than other quotes I had received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The crew, Tony and his team, was professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves every single day, which we really appreciated during a major flooring project. A special thank you to Sam Nolley. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and patiently helped us sort through the different options until we found the flooring that was best for our home and our needs. There was never any pressure to choose the most expensive option. My only wish is that they did more than flooring! After this experience, I would trust this company with projects big or small. Fair pricing, knowledgeable people, excellent workmanship, and a company that delivers more than it promises. That's increasingly hard to find. Highly recommended.
