I had a really bad, dark stain in my dining room from a leaky refrigerator. Aaron came over and, within an hour, he had cleaned my carpet (and my daughter's room carpet). Aaron did an absolutely amazing job! I have had previous carpet cleaning done that was just okay. Aaron was worth every penny...the stains in the carpet that have been there forever are still gone...months later. I will definitely be calling him when we do carpet cleaning again. I needed the best for this job because we had a potential carpet beetle infestation that we needed to make sure we got before it turned into anything that needed serious intervention. Based upon a neighbors recommendation, I used the carpet cleaning and carpet stretching services. Frankly, I was not impressed but because he was a neighbors brother, I thought I would use him for a second service. After supposedly getting the "friendly" discount, I received a quote for 3 times the amount from previous. This guy is clearly hurting and his shady dealing had me outraged. When I discussed with him, he got arrogant. Stay away from Young Carpets. He does not make Austin weird, he makes it bad for small businesses. read more

Aaron and Young carpet cleaning is the best. I have used them at my house and business for several years. He had always continued to follow up work and has moved schedule to accommodate our business hours. Nights...weekends...he never said no for over two years. Another bonus, two weeks ago my waterline to my water heater busted, flooded my house ( I just bought ). I called all my search engine hopefuls at 4-5 a.m looking to find someone to help contain my mini flood. All I got were money hungry answer machines with promises to call after asking 100 questions!!
