I attempted a few purges but I still had a lot of items stuffed in bins or piled on top of each other. The only storage I had in the condo was the bedroom closet and another coat closet that had some extra space for storage. I was referred to Hannah by a condo neighbor who used her services before and decided to try it out - the bedroom closet previously only had one rack with a shelf above it, so there was a lot of unutilized space, especially since most of my clothes are not ones I normally hang. Planning: This part was tough for me because I wasn't sure what I exactly wanted. I just knew what I currently had was not the best setup. We talked about what I would like hanged, what sort of clothes I had and where I would like it kept, and she later came back with some designs/ideas. You can still adjust after all of this if needed, but coming in knowing what you want would be helpful. Closet installation: Installation came courtesy of one of her trusted contractors. The parts get shipped to you beforehand so make sure you are there so the packages don't left outside too long. No issues here, it took most of the day to get it installed, but I was able to WFH and leave for a few errands without issue - they kept my dog company while I was away. Organization: Hannah does a great job organizing things where they may be most efficiently used. After she completed everything, I adjusted a few things, but realized I like it better the way it was before. For the most part, I've kept the organization she started with the same, and tried folding similarly to her - it just looks neater/cleaner the way she did things originally. Customer Service: Hannah is great! She's super-friendly and really helpful, always willing to adjust to what you are looking for and make recommendations if you are unsure. She also got along well with my dog, which is a good sign of character. Overall, really great closet upgrade for me! I will say the overall cost can be a little bit pricey, especially if you feel like you are pretty organized yourself. The closet installation was appropriately priced, however so I wouldn't worry about being overcharged or anything.

First, they showed up to help me trudge through the terrible job of purging and got me super organized. The painful process was somehow made doable by Kat and her team (shout out to Emmerie!), with their firm but gentle persistence to get it all done. They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. They showed up on-time and worked without stopping aside from a short lunch break (which was always fun getting to chat with them) -which was quite impressive given the slog I put them through. They are delightful and super enjoyable and easy to work with, I cannot recommend this crew highly enough!!

I have a new project where I recommended that my client take my drawing and have them design something similar for the laundry room as his new house has no cabinets there. They do a fabulous job here and you won't be disappointed. I use a custom cabinet company for custom millwork in the main living areas, etc.. but for closets and laundry rooms and even home offices I think they can do a great job! They did my master bedroom and den closets for me. I went with the darker wood because that's what I had throughout, but I recommend using white in closets as it doesn't show the dust as much.

I loved every single person she put me in contact with. She was quick to tell me where it might be to my financial advantage to work directly with a vendor, and where i might make best use of her involvement. Now for the Interior Design - Holy Cow. Her process is unique, and my needs fell smack in the middle of the COVID situation. I had to put my full faith and trust in her process, which was a bit scary... but I will tell you that hands-down, it was the best, most stress free and effective interior design process i've ever had (and i've done a few houses prior to this one). I absolutely love the results of her efforts...the furniture, the design plan, the decor, everything! And even more than that, i loved the way she took the time to understand me and how she worked with me. Her team is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. So, my advise is to trust her process...she has a great eye, she is truly able to understand her clients taste and desires, and she knows the products. Not one thing she suggested was wrong. Boxes were piled high and wide with paths through the chaos that led to empty cabinets, closets and pantries. The trio went to work quickly and created a perfectly organized, functioning kitchen with everything in a logical place. Like a scene from Cinderella, a teenager's boxed and piled stack of clothing was transformed into an inviting collection hung thoughtfully and creatively in a closet. Linens were distributed among multiple bathrooms and closets, all beautifully folded and arranged as if prepared for shooting a photo spread. Vast collections of vitamins, shampoos, lotions and various bath minutiae soon were organized, dispatched to the right place and arranged for easy access. And the empty boxes and paper were flattened and stored out of sight. By the end of the day, I could locate everything that we needed and the house looked totally different - it had been transformed into a home by the three wizards of Let It Go Already. And if the results weren't enough, the process was made enjoyable by the enthusiasm, positive energy, humor and overall friendliness of each of the sisters.
