We are having to delay our remodeling project till next year, so I will update this review with…read moremore info when we move forward, but Teamwork Home Designs already deserves a resounding 5 Stars, and is absolutely who we would want to move forward with. Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

We needed somebody who could be on site and make decisions with little direct guidance. Denise did the design, the required budgeting, and the planning work upfront to make sure all the required materials would be ready. Then, being the one-stop-shop she is, Denise and her team were able to supervise the clean-up, do the required touch up of paint and such, assemble new furniture pieces, and provide and install all the original art needed to make the place a show stopper. We were super satisfied with the results and feel only an approach like Denise's could have got this done on time and on budget!

I told her the look I was going for and she delivered way above my expectations. My house was absolutely stunning. Her advise on which rooms to stage and which to leave empty was spot on. She adds so many extra details to each room that other stagers just don't do. I've used interior designers before and found them a waste of my limited resources. Alecia walked in and in less than 2 hours completely rearranged the footprint of my kitchen/dining room area in a way that was functional, beautiful, and best of all affordable. She really listened to what I said wasn't working in our current set-up and helped me find solutions that worked within my budget. She looked at what I had and helped me rearrange it so it worked better and I would only have to make limited purchases. I felt she would have held my hand through the whole renovation if I'd needed it but she was comfortable with just giving me the advice I needed to do the rest of the work DIY. She even had time left in our 2-hour consultation to give me advice in other areas of the house that were giving me trouble! Her great advice gave me the kickstart and confidence I needed to start thinking outside the box again on future projects. I highly recommend her!

We had nothing on our windows so on her first visit she gave us suggestions on window coverings (and colors) that were complementary throughout the house and laid out where to hang art for each room. She also guided us on replacing furniture pieces that were out of scale for our rooms, which made a huge difference in how the space felt. One thing we really appreciated was how she worked with us: she sent Pinterest boards with curated suggestions for rugs, furniture, and accessories, which let us shop and pick out what we loved within her design direction. Whenever I found something on my own, I could send it to her and she'd let me know if it fit the style we were going for. That collaborative approach made the whole process feel personal rather than having someone just dictate a design to us. She was also hands-on when we needed it, helping with installs like placing a rug underneath the primary king sized bed. We couldn't figure out how to hang pictures in the foyer and she sent a drawing to help us with it. And through it all, she was incredibly responsive, always answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. We couldn't be happier with how our home turned out and would highly recommend Brandy and The Missing Piece to anyone looking for a decorator who's knowledgeable, talented, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with.
