I consider the Metric Boulevard location of Miller IDS as an extension of my office these days. I…read morerun a small architecture business out of my home, and don't have the space for a big printer (or the IT department to keep up with one!). I send print orders to these guys several times a week. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional. I can always count on them to deliver a quality product. In a pinch, they've printed drawings on short notice, as I'm running out to a client meeting. They never huffed at me for the inconvenience. I've worked at large firms in the past - and feel that I get the same level of service as a "small fry" as they give to the larger outfits. I am glad to have this team behind me to support me in my work!

They…read morewere able to get me a 3-foot by 4-foot color poster printed and mounted on foamboard by 9:30a the next day with me only getting them the PDF at 2p. For anyone that's ever used Kinkos or anything else, that's pretty darn quick. They also did it for $75 plus tax which isn't bad at all. It was pretty straightforward to upload a PDF to their website, although it could use a bit of a facelift from the late-90s-style java applet that they use. The did respond via e-mail promptly to ask questions about how I wanted it printed and were really helpful when I had questions. The actual poster came out great and it was perfect for what we needed. The north location will tell you that they "don't do color", but what they mean is that they don't do exact color matching for photo-level, perfect printing. They do color just fine and it matched the PDF I gave them as well as I had an expectation that it would. If you need something big printed, it's always annoying that it takes some prior notice and more money than you want to spend, but at least these people minimize the pain and produce good results.

While SpaceCraft's templates are certainly easy enough for someone to do just that, I was swamped and overwhelmed and realized I could use an additional set of hands. SpaceCraft worked with me through its Design Package and was incredible to work with. I was a little all over the place during my kick-off call with Bexi but she just "got" me, no problem. I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of my website and she was so great to work with and totally patient with me as I tended to be a few days late on my deadlines. Their prices are incredibly fair, they stay on top of deadlines and their templates are beautiful. Now that my site has been built, I've found making changes and managing the content to be a total breeze. Customer service is top notch, as well!!

Being that I was not nor am I intending to go out of business anytime soon, why would I do that? I'm just wondering if the offer of a competitors business card at my first meeting with spacecraft has something to do with all this? I believe the gentleman's name was Walter that said this much larger painting companies always looking for really good painters. I almost forgot the best part whoever took over the domain also enrolled me in to google pay per clicks and tallied up to $5700 in clicks which none of them benefited my company or me! Mmm Probably because it was pointing all the attention towards five star painting I truly hope that this company wasn't trying to squash out a small family owned business during a pandemic!
