Worse service ever, I usually go to a different staple, is the reason I knew the guy that was helping me was lazy and was lying to me, he told me he could not put the info on the business card, that I was trying to have made, because it was a designer thing. This is the staple I would not recommend to anyone, in fact they should just close it down and put in a fast food place instead that would benefit the neighbor better. I went to a staple over in upland, Kay came to help me, she asked what I needed and she put the information in, the business card was done in 15 minutes. Very please with the service. I took my son to get a flash drive early Monday morning. We walked around the store and I asked one of the staff to direct us and she said check behind the printers. Pointing to the front. We walked towards the area and couldn't find it. Again, I asked her and pointed it out which was located couple of aisles in front of the printers. We got in line to pay but the girl at the counter was helping out another customer. We stood there for a good 10 minutes because she was on the phone assisting her customer. She didn't even acknowledge us and or at least to let me know that it would take a while. I saw the first girl again and actually begged her to ring us up. I felt that they lack customer service. My wife, my daughter and her 2 sisters visited Staples today for a Father's Day gift. What was strange is that they noticed that the Supervisor Mrs. Betty Guzman stared at them as if they had no business in this Staples store. Nevertheless, they finished shopping and preceded to leave the store and a little while later 4 Ontario Police Cars with six officers stopped them. The Ontario Police Officers said they got a call that a red Jeep with 3 black females who were using counterfeit money at Staples (Mrs. Guzman) My Wife and her sisters only used debit cards cause they didn't have cash! I just made my last purchase from this store. 921 North Milliken ave. Ontario. I just went into the store purchase printer ink, cardboard boxes, and i was going to buy peel off labels but the price shown on the display was the rebate price. At checkout I told the associate (who could not help with a question on type of printer paper) I DID NOT want the labels. He took the labels out and then charged me anyway. I like to add I have left that store with items to purchase due to the long wait (10-12 mins) when I am the next person in line. After getting my money for what i didn't get and the receipt that says it, I will never shop in this store again. read more

This store sucks. I would rather go to an Office max or Office depot but never again to a Staples store. Bought 2 packs of avery labels for $15 each. On the weekend started a project using these labels and upon printing saw that the labels are precut wrong. It wasn't centered on the paper. Didn't have time to return it right away. When I did try and return the product I couldn't find the receipt and staples only was going to credit me $4 on each. I argued that it wasn't my fault and it was a product defect and even showed them the same exact item inside their store. All of the labels were pre cut wrong. They would not even do an exchange for a different label. So now I'm out $30 for a label that I can't use and Staples won't refund it even though I have a reward card with them to sore that I did purchase it at their store. Folks do not buy anything from staples, go to office max out office depot, they do better with returns. read more

At the print/ business center they are trying to find ways to help you and make things easier. You can even make your UPS drop offs here. There is typically a shortage of inventory, particularly ink for printers. As you may or may not know, some printers require s small amount of ink in a cartridge in order to print any job, even if you are just printing in black and white (or vice-versa). Of course this particular Staples had Magenta and Yellow fully stocked and Cyan (221) completely gone. The store manager indicated that they do not have any in the back. I asked how their inventory works and the manager indicated that once it reaches 0, then a shipment of new ink is sent, which sounded like it takes 2 business days. This was Sunday night and she indicated that they would "likely" get the missing ink on Tuesday. She recommended that I check with other stores such as Upland or Fontana as it was about 10 minutes to closing time. Of course some other stores don't have the same holiday hours so that was out of the question. Bottom line, have some back up ink because a good percentage of people that come in for ink need it and need it that day. New ink shouldn't be shipped once the ink-count gets to zero; it should be sent when you've hit some form of reserves that way you can be rest assured that there will always be ink in stock and the product will continue to be happy and loyal customers. read more

My encounter with all of the employees have been great. They're very helpful. They always greet you when you walk through the door, and that's pretty hard to come by these days. People in the print center were extremely rude and didn't want to stop what they were doing and help with ANYTHING. I wish I could give a zero. I asked about the print from the cloud services (google doc) and they yelled "we don't do that!" which was a lie. Poor service. Ordered online save the date prints from this location. When I picked up the prints I did not receive a receipt, and noticed that the image was blurry and the edges were cut poorly. As I was in a rush, I figured I could return them another day. When I brought them back the manager said that he could only do half of the return as they had already used the ink and paper to make them. When they attempted to only do half of the return of the they could not find the item number and made the whole experience as difficult as possible. They were stored on my hard drive BUT because of the wifi, could not download them. Worst staples ever. My company placed an pre-paid copy order with the a staples account rep to be ready for pick up this AM. The account mgr called the store yesterday to confirm all detail of the order and it would be ready. Show up this AM at opening to pick up the order and was made to wait 40 minutes before they would even give me the order only to find out the order was very much incomplete and then made to wait an additional 2 hours for them to complete the order!!!!! Ozzy gave me the details & got my order started quick!! Then upon pick up, Deziera told me how my orginal photo was out of line but she fixed it so it was printed properly!
