I am a frequent customer and this man was just rude and loud. The young lady let him know the instructions for his return and he automatically raised his voice and questioned why? These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed. I drove out of my way to this UPS Store only to find it closed before its posted business hours…read more The store is advertised as being open until 7:00 PM, but when I arrived at approximately 6:56 PM, the doors were already locked. I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. If you need reliable service, I would recommend visiting another UPS Store that follows its posted business hours. Date of Visit: June 2026

If yes, then you can pretty much guarantee your info will be readily available because it's saved for you. I love that personal touch. The con? It's a bit pricey. I suppose I am paying for the convenience and personal touch, but the cost is a bit on the pricey side. I usually get a large flat rate box, and it ships for $18.50 I believe. Not terribly priced, but a bit more than the post office. All in all, I have had nothing but great experiences here. It's EASY, fast, and personal. I love those things about Postarena :)
