Been here 4 times this month & every time something so simple takes 30+ minutes! It's crazy! They need to deal with one customer at a time & complete the task. The people next to been waiting 45min just to get a pick up. I been waiting 30 to get a paper cut & another lady is still waiting to be helped.(been here longer than any of us) Not only that, all their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. This is why I always go to Office Depot. The know how to manage & have good prices. SMH x4. read more

I designed my wedding invitations on Canva and had samples printed at this staples. In picking up my samples I instantly felt the excellent customer service. Jaime helped me in printing my samples and my 125 official invitations. I appreciated that he asked me to check my order to assure I was content. I am glad to have had such a positive experience. Jaime is so awesome! He also helped me download the staples app, activate some offers and save money on my prints. Thanks Jaime! read more

Staples - Printing Services Near Me - Ontario, California

I just wanted to come here to express my appreciation for Ben at this Staples location. He was very helpful, enthusiastic, and reassured me that the Save the Dates for my wedding would be made with ease and care. I appreciate Ben so much because i've been to 2 other Staples locations with my request and was turned away for reasons such as: the Vellum paper i needed was out of stock and told I was unable to purchase more, that they simply could not/do not print on Vellum paper, and that they don't print on any outside paper brought in by customers. I let Ben know about my previous experience, and was ready for the same response and finally decide to go somewhere else with my request. But Ben assured me that his printers could do the job. And even if they couldn't print it in store there are other options to send my request out with materials to complete my order. He let me know that there are no restrictions on customers bringing in outside paper- as long as the paper is ink jet compatible. these were not options expressed to me at previous locations. I thank Ben for saving this Bride a headache and being a solution oriented Staples employee! read more

Just bad experience and worse service ever. We want have a shoot passport photos but CS is unfriendly and unprofessional!! She was very unpleasant. (I just want to ask if we can see our photos before they are printed) Even I haven't had time to say what I mean, she curtly tells us to wait! When she's done, she didn't say anything!! even though she knew we were standing near to the cashier. We just see the photos after paying at the cashier, and we are disappointed with the results!!! I just wasted money and we ended up going to another place for a re-shoot our passport photos. I am not recommended this location for photo passport!!! read more

Worst, crappyest service ever by the girl with short curly hair. She apparently hates her job and she should not be working at staples, She even sent me to Office Depot in Rancho because she didn't want to be bothered. Looks like she was in the back busy on her phone. Never coming to the Staples or any staples. I guess I'll stick to Office Depot. read more

Beware if you want to return something. I had a horrible experience at this location. When they ask you if you want your receipt printed or emailed get it printed just in case. But at the same time they tell you that everything you buy is linked with your phone number for the rewards. I purchase some envelopes and needed to Exchange them because they were too thin and see through. I thought no big deal, I'll just exchanged them. But I was wrong. The assistant manager asked me serval times as if she didn't believe me that I bought my staple brand envelopes at her store. By using my Visa card or my phone number to start the return which took Forever to find me in the system. After a while she found me in the system and Yes she did confirm my purchase was from her store. I opened the package to use the envelopes and that's when I discovered that they were see through, so of course when I brought them back the package was opened and after she got the approval for the return she tells me that she counted them out and 2 of the 25 envelopes were missing. So now she proceeds to take 2 envelopes out of the new package that I was going to purchase to replace the 2 missing ones that I was returning. Wow! How crazy is that! Staples just lost a customer over a $5 return. read more

I got a rewards card & they carry my favorite type of pen! Printing a is my favorite department as well. Between Canva and Staples I can make a lot of things happen read more

Big shoutout to Benjamin at this location, go see him if you need anything he went above and beyond to help me out with getting the right printer I needed. He gave me a lot of information, answered all my questions I needed, so if you need help there ask for Benjamin!! read more

Simone, please put on your mask correctly. Over both your mouth and nose, and maybe smile and greet the customers. Thanks

Robert was extremely rude. I had to make returns for Amazon and I admit I had many. But that in no way shape or form should hinder Robert from doing HIS JOB and assisting me with the upmost customer service. I was first helped by a younger man and he was extremely kind and gracious, then Robert came up to the young man asking him "are you okay? did she not have all her codes ready?" as if I was doing something wrong and as if I was not there. The young man responded "no I'm okay! She's good!" I didn't say anything but thought that was rude. Robert ended up taking over and "helping" me. He was obviously so inconvenienced to do his job having other people go in front of me without asking, scoffing, and laughing at me with other customers. By the time I was done he didn't say anything to me, put away all his supplies and walked away. No "thank you, you're all set" or anything so I just left. I was extremely disappointed by this kind of customer service. Again I understand I had many returns and I understand it can be frustrating but at the end of the day it is Robert's job to help customers with returns and instead I felt pressured, stressed, and talked down upon by Him. I will not be back to Staples. read more

As a single father of 2 shopping for school supplies was a task with many unpleasant unforeseen conditions but when i visited the store today 8/16/21 approximately 4:30pm Tristen and Kayla were not only helpful but they helped me and eased my mind. This is my new Staples store. Staples associates are always friendly, but at this location (off of Milliken), they have THE BEST customer service associates out there. They truly believe in making their customers happy- Betty and her team are extremely friendly and extremely helpful! Jose also is extremely genuine and goes above and beyond to ensure you are accommodated! I also got familiar with Julian and Ozzy in my first visit, everyone is so kind and welcoming and helpful and patient!! I love my new Staples home. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sisters and I was mistreated today by the manager named BETTY Guzman. She falsified information, and called the police and stated I tried to use counterfeit money. I was pulled over by 4 police units, the 7 officers were behind my car. They immediately asked for Identification without even giving us the benefit of the doubt. This was all because of the color on my skin. I have never been lied on by a corporate company like this ever. We didn't deserve this type of treatment, after the police let us go. I went back to return everything I had purchased and to speak with the manager BETTY. She never came out, even after I requested to speak with her regarding the incident. BETTY made the wrong choice by lying, and every action has a consequence. BETTY consequence should be firm so she would never do this to anyone again!!! read more

I don't understand because my family was looking for a office chair but they said no to all of them.

Staples stores seem to be pretty straight across the board. I've never really had a bad experience at one (that I can remember) and the staff always seem to be ready to help at any given notice. The friendly atmosphere and the overall organization of their products tends to make me buy more than I intended every time I head into this store. What's better is the weekly mailer that comes out. Staples places it at the front door as you walk in so you can see their weekly deals and discounts in order to make your shopping more enjoyable and to keep your ATM card from melting. This particular location is in a great area, serving a huge array of businesses and consumers, the parking is plentiful, and the displays are well maintained. read more

I would have given this 1 star but added 3 because the man who helped me was courteous and said he would talk to Maritza who refused to help me. The man who helped me was initially helping someone else and I thought I'd wait at the other register. One gal by who I know now by the name of Maritza walked quickly away from me. She could have helped me. I ended up walking around the store and then when I found what I was initially going to ask someone to help me find (an Amazon fires-tick that I ended up searching and finding myself). When I noticed Maritza helping a different man I stood behind him and when it was my turn she walked away. I then said to her, "oh can you help me?" She said what do you have? I showed her a box for a fire-stick and she said after she is finished with her scanning! Can you believe that? I then told the man that had helped two people already and well here I am leaving a review on this "worker" at Staples who doesn't like to work. Sad... read more

I am so disappointed by the service I received here. I placed an online order for 500 postcard advertisements. It was a little pricier than other places but I went with it because I was told it is usually a 24 hour turn around. We placed our order Wednesday evening and were pleasantly surprised when we received an email informing us that the order was ready to be picked up Thursday by 11am, 7 hours before the original estimated pickup time. When I arrived and checked my order it was incorrect. I had placed an order for two different designs, 400 of one and 100 of the other. They had printed 500 of all the same design. Horrible experience, poor quality printing. read more

I'm going to assume the clerk helping me was having a bad day. I rather not throw him under the bus. I had just left Costco next door and stopped her to get some items. I went to pay for things and their payment machine requested another form of payment. I asked him to try again. Of course my 8 yr old was concerned about my card because we just used it at Costco with no problem. Plus I work to hard to not have money in my account. I had told my little one it was probably the stores machine. The clerk then says "Of course blame us". I kind of paused because I thought that was rude and I was waiting for him to say "Jk". But no,he said nothing. I just turned to him politely and said "I just came from Costco with no issues with my card. I'm just going to assume he was having a bad day. Oh well read more

I live in Kawartha Lakes and Staples accepted my order with the correct address and a promised delivery date. This is where it went downhill. They tried to ship out of Pickering/Ajax (3+ hour round trip on a good day) instead of closer venues like Orillia, Peterborough or Lindsay. A few days later, the folks in Pickering/Ajax were returning the product to Staples for obvious reasons. I then ordered the same product from Walmart and it showed up here within several days.. no problem. Given so many professionals are re-locating to this region, Staples should figure out their logistics. Next thing you know, I get an email from Staples asking what I thought of the product. Going on back on line, my failed order said "fully shipped". Seems the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. C'mon people !! read more

Hello you eager person that is trying to see if this staples is worth it... DO NOT I REPEAT do not again I'm repeating do not one last time I'm repeating do not go to to staples if you need to print one sole page either for school work or anything JUST GO TO OFFICE MAX or Office Depot idk they're all the same lol. The one on Sierra lakes you just send to an email and you print and pay that's it. This staples I sent it to the email then the young lady sent me to the computers and I thought you had to go in and print it yourself so I put my card in and it took five dollars from my account and then I asked okay so what now, then she says, "I told you it was the printer behind you." Not even offering to refund me my money because she misdirected me so my dummy self was just mad cause I needed just 1 page. I spent .51 cents at Staples on nonsense lmao. I'm a struggling college student so every cent counts. Save your money you can buy a frosty at Wendy's. No shade at the workers but cmon let's make it easier for people in a rush. read more

Dezerie (I probably butchered her name) is a doll !! She was beyond helpful and patient. The cell service is super spotty inside the store so it took forever for my emails to go through. She worked through it and flawlessly delivered my prints. She was the only one working in the print center and handled each customer in a quick and helpful manner. She is the most efficient and helpful employee I've ever encountered! read more

Unless you have time to kill I do not recommend requesting copy/print services from this store. I went in and requested to have 7 pictures printed. I did not order anything fancy. Simply to have 7 pictures printed. It took the employee 45-50 minutes to complete one task. There were no lines. The employee was only attending me. I have received much better service from Office Max which I totally recommend! read more

Today, Feb 23, 2016 at 7 pm I stop by to purchase a switch, I brought with me a print out of the item from staples website. The store is quiet, only 5 other customers inside, 2 with a salesman, the other 3 (a family) is browsing. I came to the cashier and asked if they have the item available. She walkie talkie her associate to come out and help me. I waited, 3 minutes later I left, btw I was looking for the cashier, she went inside the copy center and I couldn't find her. There are 5 staples associates on the floor, 1 with customer, and the other 4 doing something else. I'm not going to wait more than 3 minutes in that situation. BAD customer service. BAD decision on my side to stop on that store. Amazon sounds much more sensible :) read more

I appreciate the help of the general manager. He was really understanding about me not having a receipt. He explained everything in detail and recommended we do something else. I understand retail is more than just having product and he did an outstanding job on customer service. He asked the right questions and he did his best. Thank you and I appreciate what you guys do! This location is horrible. They lack customer service skills. I called to see if they could do padding was told they could and to come in. When I got there the girl had no idea how to do it so just said we don't to that. I told her I've had it dong at staples many times. The staff and manager were dismissive and lack knowledge. The staff needs additional training. read more

As a manager of a small business, this is our go to spot for supplies. They have the best sales and it's small enough to shop to be in and out. Wow, just walked into this Staples and as I approched the cashier another customer walked up at the same time the girl behind the counter (Diana Gonzales) was about to asist the other customer to look for something and another lady named Karla, looked at me then tells Diana I'm not staying up here and starts walking away. Diana looks at me and the other customer and he tells Diana to go ahead and check me out. Karla doesnt even offer to help the gemtleman just walks off to put prices on stuff(I saw her with price tickets). That had to be the most rude customer service Ive ever seen! Diana was sweet checked me out quickly. Karla needs customer service skills. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is for Dianas service which was actually 5 stars otherwise I would of left 1 for the horrible service (or lack of) that Karla gave. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to the Upland/Montclair store to buy a Posturepedic chair for my love's birthday present and they were out but called the Ontario store to see if they had any. They did. I asked to call them back and hold it for me until next day (Saturday). We waited over 5 minutes and no answer. I had to get home for pizza delivery but they said they would call me and let me know that they passed my message to Ontario store. Upland never did and now I know why: I called today, Saturday, to ensure they still had a/my chair. I finally hung up after 5-8 minutes. Someone even picked up the phone but quickly hung up again and I kept getting the elevator music. Disgraceful!!! PS: YELP needs a horrible rating...maybe a set of skunks because 1 star is not fair rating. read more

The service here is very poor - I had a confirmation that my order would be ready at a certain time. When I came to pick it up, I was told that my email was incorrect and I would need to come back. After returning to pick up my order, I was not helped in a timely manner. There was a line of customers waiting to be helped and no one came to ask if they could help or to provide an explanation as to why there was no assistance to anyone waiting. I will not be returning here to do business again. read more
