Awesome service and super business owner!…read more Alpay serviced my phone quickly and professionally. My phone was a wreck--he had it looking good as new in 20 minutes. I'll also add that my phone is an older model and he had the replacement screen in stock, no problem. Alpay fitted me with a new screen protector and case - took minutes, and so much better than trying to figure out 'will it fit?' when shopping on Amazon. Prices are VERY fair and the service is awesome. Thank you Alpay!

We talked for awhile, got the problem diagnosed, the guy at the desk called the owner to confirm the part being ordered, great. Get to a week later, I call back about the part because I need it replaced. "Oh, $, we never got that ordered. I was mowing my lawn when he called me and..." Oh boy. Not good. Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. At 4pm I was called & told I needed a button for an additional $110 on top of $200. I went to store, He said they no longer make that part & he needed to buy from second hand parts & wouldnt get for minimum 3 days. He said he worked on my phone for 3hrs & tried a screen but it wasnt that, it was a button under the mother board. he said take phone & they would call when part comes. On way home, I stopped at Walmart for chips. I saw a phone store inside. I showed them my phone. They ordered screen at 530pm, had it by 12 next day, installed by 3pm. All working for the $200 in less than 24hrs. I should have known better, when I entered early before 10am opening & 2 people were complaining about the repair from sat that no longer works, phone dead again, other was complaing about phone & wanted to talk to nart. Four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1. I made an appointment online and that didn't matter because at check in they asked all the information I'd already submitted.
