Well, upon picking up the shirt I was charged $6.50 for "spot cleaning " around the collar because of heavy dirt. When I explained to the woman that the shirt was brand new and never even worn , she insisted that she informed me of this upon drop off. She refused to do anything about the ridiculous price charged. She then explained that the shirt would not fit in the pressing machine. WTH! Needless to say that I won't be visiting this rip off joint anymore. Very unethical and very dishonest business practices.

They've cleaned items for me very quickly when I've been in a pinch. I find their prices are reasonable and comparable to others (not overpriced like the one in Wyckoff).
