THE BEST! I was looking for a place to clean and preserve my dress and was weary of using a send out service. My father recommended this cleaner, and taking my dress here was the best decision I ever made. The bottom of my dress was filthy after walking through the grass all day, but they were able to get it so clean that it looked like I had never worn it! The packaging was so perfect too and made it easy for me to store it. It's also worth mentioning that everyone in this building is so pleasant! I had to use this place a few times before I could decide if they were any good... Pros: They accept credit cards, which many tailors do not seem to do (at least in this area) They do both alterations & dry cleaning on site They appear to be family run and most of the people I've encountered were friendly They can dry clean/repair just about anything, including shoes Cons: They said no to a customer: I brought in a dress I'd never worn after the zipper broke when I yanked it up to hard trying to get it on. It has what they called a "hidden zipper" meaning when the dress is zipped up, you can't see the zipper. Before even telling me how much it would cost for them to replace the zipper, they told me they refused to replace the hidden zipper- they would put in a normal zipper which would in effect take the dress in about an inch or two. They said it's because those hidden zippers break too easily so they just won't do them. I don't care! If my dress comes with a hidden zipper then I want you to replace it with the same thing. I told them this- I said I don't care if it breaks again, I'll just come back and you fix it again= more money for them! Still, they refused. Their on site tailor is a middle aged man. I didn't care for this since most of my alterations are because my shirts are too low cut or my pants are too loose and it felt too uncomfortable having a guy get that up close and personal without at least taking me out to dinner first! :) Another time I took a dress in that had an embellishment attached. Apparently they have to remove them to dry clean the dress. But when I went to pick it up they had forgotten to put it back on the dress. Had I not noticed it, I would have left with the dress I needed for that night without the embellishment that pulled the whole thing together. But the final straw was when I brought in a pair of dress suit pants for alterations. I bought them a while back and I've lost a significant amount of weight since then. So he told me he needed to bring them in 3 sizes and if I'd lost any more weight, they wouldn't even be able to alter them because the pockets would touch. Makes sense, I guess. I go put them on for an interview after getting them back and they look absolutely ridiculous. Whatever he did basically ruined the pants- which were not cheap. To top it off, the stitches were loose so the slightest tug and the entire seam would come apart right down the middle of my backside. read more

I brought my wedding dress here, it was covered in mud and dirt because it rained on my wedding day. I was so worried because, although I knew the owners, it was my wedding dress! And I had waited about 3 weeks after the day, so the stains could have set in. It was done about two weeks after I brought it in, way before the estimate and it looked amazing. It was packaged with anti-UV plastic on a special, paper bust, so now all I have to do is preserve it. I will be recommending other brides bring their dresses here because the price was beyond reasonable and they did a great job, while many places overcharge, just because it's a wedding dress. I do want to note, however, that the dress does not have any heavy beading, but is made of tulle, silk and lots of lace with pearl buttons on the back and a sash. Absolutely love these cleaners/tailors! They are the epitome of professionals! The man who does the tailoring is so diligent and straight-forward with expectations which I think is one of the most important things (it makes sure everyone leaves happy!). They are so fairly priced too for the quality you get! The one negative review here really confuses me, I have never had any issues with the tailor in fact he has been the exact reason I've been coming back and back with more clothing repairs. Clothes are completed within a day or two and you can't beat the location! Right by the bus so it's perfect if you are commuting and wanna grab your clothes on the go. They do excellent work. The owner is very personable. They sewed a button on my pants even though I had paid for only dry cleaning. They did an amazing job getting stains out of my silk ties. I loved those babies and did not want to get rid of them. read more

-5 Please do not bring your items to be repaired at this location. Recently I brought in an expensive bag to be repaired. I would have walked away happy if they told me they did not have the skill required to fix this type of bag. I would have gladly taken it elsewhere but they noted they could fix it. The bag looks like it was repaired by a five year old. To add insult to injury they didn't even use the right color threading. To make matters worse they were rude with absolutely no remorse about the horrible job they did on the bag. read more

The owner is so nice and personable! The zipper on my long winter jacket broke and he did a great job repairing the zipper and even went above and beyond and raised the height of the starting point of the zipper so it would not break again. This was all done in a very timely manner. He is also the go-to for my family's dry-cleaning. Great family, reasonable pricing, and awesome service, I never go anywhere else. read more
