On this visit, I dropped off a brand new right out of the package dress shirt to be pressed. Well, upon picking up the shirt I was charged $6.50 for "spot cleaning " around the collar because of heavy dirt. When I explained to the woman that the shirt was brand new and never even worn , she insisted that she informed me of this upon drop off. She refused to do anything about the ridiculous price charged. She then explained that the shirt would not fit in the pressing machine. WTH! Needless to say that I won't be visiting this rip off joint anymore. Very unethical and very dishonest business practices.

There are plenty of cleaners in the area with better prices, service, and friendly people.
