I had a strange and not so good experience doing laundry here. First, note that it's coin only. The…read moremajority of their business seems to be drop off. There's not much room to move around in here due to the bags and piles of drop off laundry. The machines for the customers are old Maytags. They have no double wash or double rinse option. This is a very big deal to those of us with sensitive skin. I had to do a second wash of a quick cycle which was the same price as a regular wash and takes up more time then a simple double rinse would. There are new machines, BUT they all are marked 'attendant only'. So the nicest machines are reserved for the drop off service. Just wow. The attendant asked me to move my laundry bags off the counter right by the machine I was using because she was going to fold clothes there. I'm a paying customer, I shouldn't have had to carry my bags outside. Very rude. I don't like leaving them on top of machines because it can be sticky/dirty. Upon going outside to sit, I found a bench broken to the point metal stuck out and someone could get hurt. One plus is they have a few small top loaders so you can easily do a small load. Basically this place tends mainly to drop off, which should be noted. I've been to many laundromats and have never seen such a large amount of machines reserved for an attendant. Typically I just see them using any available machine. Not the greatest experience.

Our family of 2 has been going to this place for about 10 months now. We do not have a washer/dryer…read morein our apartment so the ability to drop our clothes off here and have the facility do the washing/folding was great. With a 2 person house we normally drop our clothes off every 2-3 weeks. Not sure if there was a change in management or just new workers, but unfortunately the last time we took our clothes there was not great and as a result is why I would not recommend going to this place for how poorly they fixed it. Not only did we have over 8 pieces of clothing that were clearly not ours (little kids dress, little kids underwear/socks, minions bedding, and more), but we also had about the same, 8 pieces of clothing that were missing (that we can at least remember that we dropped off, could be more!). So not only does this place apparently not clean out the washer/dryer's properly so articles of clothing are not mixed up, but they also lost our own clothing (probably over $150 worth). We spoke to the manager of the facility and were basically told that we could be "lying" about what was lost to receive money back even though we gave the clothing back that was not ours! We have never had a problem before with clothing being lost, but the fact that management would not remedy the problem when we have been going to this place probably 20 times spending an average of ($20-45 per visit) is ridiculous. On top of everything else, a pair of dress pants had an ink stain on it (more money down the drain). Lastly, the fact that our clothes were damp and were mostly inside out, meaning I had to refold everything that I pay for this facility do, is the last reason I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Sonic Suds sent out flyers in the mail saying it was "50% off all washers" during the grand opening. Being clean & brand new, this would be the time to check it out. I go to the Dollar Tree in this strip mall often, and have never had an issue parking, but today it was full. It's a pretty day so I guess everyone's out and about. Only waited a minute and got a spot. There are big blue carts out front for you to unload your bigger laundry hauls, then push up the ramp. Convenient! There are also metal rolling baskets inside. I grabbed one of those since I didn't have much. Did a lap around to see what the deal was. You buy a card from the wall machine off to the right by the office. I used a credit card, but you can use cash or EBT, starting at $10. Then choose the right size washer for your needs. The price increases according to volume and extras a la McD's: 20lb= $1.59 up to 80lbs= $5.39. You can Supersize with extra rinses or washes for $1 or more. I went with two 30lb machines, no supersizing needed. I'm not sure what the 50% off applies to, but if these washers were double the price regularly I'd reconsider. Next time I go back I'll have to inquire where the discount comes in. I set my temperatures, and found a table in back to read a paper. 25 minutes later my laundry was clean. Off to the dryers. A standard dryer is $.54 per 10 minutes. Takes about 4-5 rounds. There are super sized dryers at a higher price, but I think two smaller loads dry clothes better than one large load. Probably good for comforters. Folding tables are available. So are soap and softener in a vending machine for purchase. There are snack machines, arcade games and bathrooms for customers in the back, and lots of tvs to keep you entertained. There were plenty of open machines and chairs to sit in while waiting, and free Wi-Fi to stream. The Password is on the back wall. Overall it was a great experience. I'll be back as many times as it takes until the machine at home is fixed.
