The bottom of my dress was filthy after walking through the grass all day, but they were able to get it so clean that it looked like I had never worn it! The packaging was so perfect too and made it easy for me to store it. It's also worth mentioning that everyone in this building is so pleasant! Of course I then searched yelp and google to see reviews but there wasn't much to go by. I was a bit hesitant since I had a lace dress with various layers and was on a tight timeline. After coming across her Facebook page I saw some more feedback and figured I'd at least give a call. Personally I've had bad experiences with dry cleaners and bridal shops so I felt more comfortable if I could find someone like Teresa. In speaking to Teresa, explaining to her the dress and the timeline (as I was currently out of town) we made an appointment for me to bring it in as soon I was in town. She said she could meet the timing before I left for the next trip, which is when I needed the dress. Upon meeting her I couldn't help but feel I was in great hands, what's more she understood how the body impacts how clothes fit and flow. During my time there I saw a few customers coming in and through their interactions I can see they loved her work, they trusted she'd deliver and they had a nice relationship. I couldn't help but wonder how is it there weren't an abundance of glowing reviews. The only thing I can think of is maybe we'd all love to have this fabulous find all to ourselves and keep Teresa as the best kept secret. Well I now have the dress in my hands and I can tell you her work was impeccable and her timing prompt. While I'd love to keep her all to myself as well , I'm a big fan of shopping local and supporting small businesses... so feel compelled to write this review.
