We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

I drove back to Towaco Cleaners and asked for my uniform back and then asked if there was any dry-cleaning under my husband's and my name. When I got all my things I said to the owner, "My husband and I've both been customers here for 7 years and you just lost our business for being so rude. I don't know how he did it but he did! He made my dresses fit perfectly and I am so pleased with the outcome. He was fast, reliable and personable. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, the doors were locked and the business was closed. I called and was told that he had "just closed." This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after confirming the appointment in advance. I would not recommend based on this experience.
