Secondly, they do a fantastic job with your laundry. Thirdly, they have an adorable schnauzer named Princess who i think truly believes she runs this shop. She'll even jump on the chair to greet you when you walk in! You'll probably be skeptical when you enter. It doesnt look like much but they'll make your laundry look like a work of art. If you enjoy supporting small businesses then look no further. I think they literally have only one washer and dryer but everything is done in a timely manner. They also deliver!! Fair warning: They might not always be in the office while they're delivering but if you send a text, they're super responsive.

I sent over 300 pounds of…read moreclothing and even spoke with the owner beforehand to confirm they could accommodate my request for returning items properly organized. Instead, my clothes came back a complete disaster -- some were still dirty, others were ruined, and I am now missing a significant amount of clothing. When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take them to court for the items they ruined and the missing items they did not return.
