Rude Racist Owner!!!!! I've been coming here for years and was shocked when I casually questioned…read morethe male owner about the prices he quoted for patching my son's karate uniform. His response: "All you Indian people are so cheap." I tried to make a lighthearted joke and said, "All us Asians are cheap," and took my receipt and left. All these years either by luck or chance, I've only dealt with his wife for all my tailoring needs and had only ever interacted with him to drop off my dry-cleaning. As I drove away it hit me like a ton of bricks how unacceptable his comments were and how passive my reaction was. In the next parking lot over is another dry cleaners. So I pulled in and inquired about how much uniform patching was. It was literally 40% less. I drove back to Towaco Cleaners and asked for my uniform back and then asked if there was any dry-cleaning under my husband's and my name. When I got all my things I said to the owner, "My husband and I've both been customers here for 7 years and you just lost our business for being so rude. I simply asked you a question about price and you made a racist comment." Instead of apologizing, he waved me off and said "All Indian people are so so cheap and they talk so much." Seriously!!!! I told him I was going to post online about it and that's what I'm doing. I'm just in shock. I've never had an interaction with any business owner ever like this.

I've dropped off my laundry a few times now and have always been met with professional service. There are two employees there in particular who are lovely to deal with and their names escape me but I will find out and edit this review. The owner of this business called me himself to find out if I was satisfied with my service. You don't get that kind of customer service these days and while I haven't gotten a chance to call him back, Scott keep up the great work! I'm new in the area and have visited several laundromats but Clean Clothes has won me over. I have yet to try the delivery service because I live close enough that I feel lazy even thinking about doing so but I do not doubt that the delivery is as good if not better than the drop off/pick up I've experienced. They also have a little punch card thinger and after ten washes you get a free wash. Very good idea and is just one more reason you are my go to laundromat. ....and the price ain't too shabby. I paid $15.00 drop off fee for 12lbs of wash. Two thumbs up!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a laundry service. I sent over 300 pounds of…read moreclothing and even spoke with the owner beforehand to confirm they could accommodate my request for returning items properly organized. Instead, my clothes came back a complete disaster -- some were still dirty, others were ruined, and I am now missing a significant amount of clothing. When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take them to court for the items they ruined and the missing items they did not return.

I've been coming here for years -- this is my go-to spot for alterations & dry cleaning. It's a…read moretouch expensive, but they do really great work on both sides of the business. I don't dry clean my clothes regularly; it's mostly a special occasion kind of visit. The man who runs the dry cleaning is very kind & very personable. Even if I haven't come in for months, he still remembers me & asks how I'm doing. My dry cleaning is always in excellent condition: fresh, clean, & wrinkle-free. However, the alterations "department" is really where this place shines. She does amazing work with everything from hemming a pair of jeans (I'm pretty short) to fine-tuning the bodice of bridesmaid dresses. I had a poorly-sized bridesmaid dress altered recently. It was a one-shouldered taffeta asymmetrical dress with rusching (I know -- I don't wanna talk about it!), and she took it in beautifully, in a way that you couldn't even tell it was altered. There was even a strange pull in the skirt that was only visible when I moved a certain way, & she figured out how to fix it! She had me come in once, halfway through, to make sure she was on the right track, & my dress was done in less than a week. Amazing! I pretty much trust them with any and all of my clothes -- from jackets to jeans, and especially bridesmaid dresses!

My mother called this business in the morning so she could send them a picture of the pants they lost. She sent the email along with the picture. I spoke to her just now and she spoke to Andrea asking if the email was received. A couple of minutes and they said yes they received. The woman said it would take a few days for them to review both stores so we can wait and hopefully will find. She said they sounded sincere so we are going to assume they will make every effort to find.
