I don't dry clean my clothes regularly; it's mostly a special occasion kind of visit. The man who runs the dry cleaning is very kind & very personable. Even if I haven't come in for months, he still remembers me & asks how I'm doing. My dry cleaning is always in excellent condition: fresh, clean, & wrinkle-free. However, the alterations "department" is really where this place shines. She does amazing work with everything from hemming a pair of jeans (I'm pretty short) to fine-tuning the bodice of bridesmaid dresses. I had a poorly-sized bridesmaid dress altered recently. It was a one-shouldered taffeta asymmetrical dress with rusching (I know -- I don't wanna talk about it!), and she took it in beautifully, in a way that you couldn't even tell it was altered. There was even a strange pull in the skirt that was only visible when I moved a certain way, & she figured out how to fix it! She had me come in once, halfway through, to make sure she was on the right track, & my dress was done in less than a week. Amazing! I pretty much trust them with any and all of my clothes -- from jackets to jeans, and especially bridesmaid dresses!

I had a pleasant experience with Sud City. I had never done a laundry drop off for wash-n-fold…read morebefore, so I called their number, and an employee explained the process. The shop was very clean and organized with clear indicators of where to drop off your laundry. I dropped my laundry off on a Friday afternoon and got it back on Monday. There is a 20lb minimum for drop-offs and they provide a form for you to fill out with all necessary details. For convenience, this was a nice option, and all the clothes came back clean and folded neatly. An employee also offered to bring my laundry to my vehicle when I picked it up, which was very nice. I was reticent about using a laundry service, but I highly recommend using Sud City.
