**Update #2** After discovering a friend of mine had a similar issue with this guy.. The following day, my wife's phone had went insane. Screen turned into a rainbow and stopped working. Had to go get a brand new phone and the gentlemen there saw the parts are most definitely Chinese as he took it apart. Guy lied and said he uses "authentic" & not Chinese. Now in the process of reporting you to the better business bureau my friend. You're a crook & deserve to be shut down. Please, no matter how desperate you are do not let this guy touch your phone. Went to fix a screen on back of a phone. Now entire phone has issues. Shuts off, volume doesn't work, freezes, etc. no issues previously other than cracked back glass. **Update** 2 weeks later the phone is beginning to separate!!! Absolutely Terrible. Added pictures below Of both sides to show you the differences. My wife notices the screen poppin out from the case and removed the phone from the case to see this. I went into the store Monday to have my cell phone screen repaired. I picked up the phone on Tuesday. Friday I took the phone out of the charger to discover the screen was black. The owner refused to repair the phone without me paying another $150. He accused me of dropping the phone. This wasn't true. He refused to stand by his work or refund my money. I rarely leave a review, but this place is a total scam. I had a iPhone 7+ screen that was cracked replaced. Charged me 90 + 20 for an otter box phone case. 2 weeks later the phone fell on its back with the phone case/protector on and their cheap replacement screen cracked. I have 2 iPhones and dropped my phones all the time. The only reason it cracked initially was because it fell out of a moving car. You read my glowing reviews of businesses giving great service and know I never bash anyone, it's tacky at best. Sadly this is not a good review. Let's begin; $112 for a iPhone 6+ screen and an iPhone 6 repair that they said was fried and couldn't be fixed. I had to repeatedly call them 3 times over 3 weeks, terrible. They were always "re-evaluating" or trying one more thing. Turns out after getting my phones back the screen replacement was clearly not sitting flush and after pressing firmly it actually snapped into place, it's fine now. The "Fried" phone...well it was not. After consulting a number of blogs and YouTubes on the problem and resetting several times through iTunes as per others advice, it works fine now. Fine! What a freaking waste of money, time and stress. Experts, NOT! 3 weeks??? Really?? Go somewhere else, they can do MUCH better but why experience my sort of bad service. read more

Helpful and authentic, definitely a trustworthy place to bring your broken device and get an honest assessment along with quality work. My iPhone X charger was not working, I called and explained the issue then asked how long it would take to replace. The owner asked what I did for a living (construction operations management), thought that was an odd question but I answered it. He said when I had a chance to stop in. I stopped in a couple hours later and he spent all of 2 minutes with my phone, cleaned the charging port thoroughly (i tried to do the same with an air can, no luck), and handed it back to me. He told me that's why he asked because he figured there was debris inside the port based. Could have easily taken my $90 and swapped it out, but he didn't. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge, will be back with any future hardware issues. read more

He told me $100 when I first got there, then charged me $140 when I picked up. Now every time I answer my phone it keeps hitting 00000 obnoxiously until I put my head phones in because it's so sensitive. Not a great experience. Total rip-off and scam. I went there today to have the charging port on a Samsung Galaxy repaired and was told it would be $150. The day before, while traveling, I stopped at another place and was told $50, but they didn't have the part in stock. I was over two hours from home and couldn't wait. I figured I would come to this place since I had an iPhone excellently and affordably repaired here a year earlier. When I told the man I had just been told by a similar shop that it would be $50, he literally tossed the phone on the counter and basically told me to go scratch. I simply wanted to know HOW could his repair be THREE TIMES the amount of another place when it's the same part. I also reminded him that I was a returning customer, which he didn't care about. He told me he didn't have time for me. Super rude, aggressive and super disappointing for this to come from a local business owner. *This particular man was NOT the person that fixed my iPhone on the spot last year for $40 (who was awesome and really nice). read more

I had my Iphone 8 screen replaced after it was shattered. Well it worked better with shattered iPhone glass than it does with the cheap glass this place replaced it with. I paid $89 for the screen and $20 for a glass overlay as added protection. I dropped the phone one time a week later on to a flat/smooth surface and it cracked. I thought it was just the screen protector but no. The whole screen was cracked in several places and the touch screen isn't working in sync with my finger. I had literally dropped my iPhone with the original Apple screen about 100 times in 2 years and I never had an issue. It wasn't until I dropped it from a very high distance that it shattered. I am by no means someone who never drops their phone but I assure you that I only dropped this phone once before it cracked. read more

It's cheap and expensive - fixed an I phone screen paid more for an additional protective glass screen that should be hammering resist - within 2 days the phone fell both phone and screen protectors were shattered. went back to Andy and there was no warranty for the product. i was supersized since on his web site it is clearly says it has 6 month by factory read more

This place was able to fix my daughter phone at a reasonable price. It saved me the headache of going to the mall. I almost thought I had to purchase another phone or use the insurance plan to get a new one and start all over with a new phone. They fixed it. Not the best. Will do a okay job. If you really want to get your phone fix go to an authorized repair store. Had a galaxy s5 repaired here and the right side of the screen kept elevating up. Went back to ask to fix, which staff tried with no extra charge, but it wasn't completely fixed. Two days went by and the screen cracked again. Called to explain, but they wanted to charge me the full amount again. Very upset. Other than that, the store is nice and clean with good additional products for your electronics. read more

This place was a nightmare experience. Six days later I am stuck with an unfixed computer. Which as a university student leaves me at a detriment. I went in telling them that the charging port was busted. They told me two days. Than when I called the next days later they told me 3 to 4 days. I was irritated as I would have brought it elsewhere. A week later I called and they told me it could still be another four days. I was pretty angry and ended up bringing the computer elsewhere. Almost two weeks is rediculous. STAY AWAY. They USED to be a good service, however I think they're under new management. Anyways, I've gotten 4-5 phones fixed here since they opened. This last one however was a TOTALLY different experience. It was 2x the price and quite higher then some other local places, but I wanted a quality job. When I received my phone it was quite obvious that the colors were completely off, it didn't seem to be an apple replacement screen. He swore it was a legitimate apple part. Over the next couple days I asked every iPhone user I ran into to judge the quality of my new LCD screen. Every one of them said I was clearly not a quality screen. The touchscreen feature is also terrible, doesn't click often, lags when you zoom or scroll. When you try to put one of those "safety glass" covers over it, it's basically unresponsive :/. AWFUL! worst experience ever. Guy fixed my galaxy s4 in July but now in November screen cracked while in a lifeproof case and was not dropped. Screen then had a black thermal spot on the screen and I could not even see the screen. When I brought it back the guy was very short and rude with me. Told me that the screen crack was from my phone being in my pocket and he would not back up his work. When I asked if he could help me he said he could not. I will never go to this place again and will never deal with him again. This was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this to anybody. read more
