He was the only staff member serving all the customers.It was a very busy time of the day and a long line had formed. This very capable postal employee made every customer feel welcome, he carried out each request in a very timely manner, and made sure to politely help each customer through what they needed. Instead she obnoxiously told him that she doesn't work for him and if he's confused about an address he should use Google. Additionally , on another occasion, she even mocked my daughter by telling her that she waited too long to get her real ID and she wasn't going to be able to fly to Florida. Who says something like that to it a young adult? Especially when theyre preparing everything one month in advance? The constant negativity and blatant rudeness is insane to me. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.
