He was the only staff member serving all the customers.It was a very busy time of the day and a long line had formed. This very capable postal employee made every customer feel welcome, he carried out each request in a very timely manner, and made sure to politely help each customer through what they needed. I find the help friendly and very accommodating. There are long lines usually around lunch time, and the help people require usually takes a long time, but that is not a result of the workers but of the customers who are not sure what to do.

I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.
