They had kept it for me and on production of the order number handed it over. All in less that 5 minutes. The clerk was lovely. The error that was made was taken care of when we had to drive back to Randolph. The supervisor, when we got to her, knew,immediately what the problem was and within 1 minute it was corrected. I also must say that after I wrote my first yelp review, I received a long email from the main DMV management office expressing their apologies for the mistake. I was extremely impressed with the email and their less than 1 day response ...Cudos and thank you. Even better, the next day I received a call from the manager of the Randolph DMV also expressing his apologies for the error while thanking us for driving all the way back the next day. I thank him for taking his time to call. Through the wait was rather long, in the end, our impression of RandolphDMV changed to a positive review (though I wish the wait was shorter), but it was a Monday and they were very busy. Thanks to all who paid attention to us and quickly fixed the problem.

They hate it when you come in with packages and they actually have to work. This location is a good example of why the postal service operates at a huge annual loss and I'm so glad earlier this year they paused, matching the employee pensions contributions because maybe it will lead to their pensions being in jeopardy and maybe they will actually start to care.

I would go out of my way to go to this particular location based on the fact that I know I will leave there confident in the fact that my package will be taken care of and properly handled. (Stephanie in particular, thank you!) Today one gentleman helped me with an HP 7740 printer issue going beyond normal store-support - thank you as well. Like many brick-and-mortar establishments post-COVID, staffing can be spotty. The fact that they accept Amazon returns and UPS shipments ties up what would otherwise be helpful staff in what is likely a low-margin activity. User-operated copy machines are often inoperable. These are all management issues, not the fault of the staff.
