I printed out two mailing labels for my packages, but apparently my printer didn't do a great job…read morebecause one of them wasn't scanning. After some back and forth I brought up the labels on my phone for it to scan, which worked but they still insisted on having the outside label, which is reasonable, so I asked if they could print it for me. After some more stubborn back and forth they asked me to send it to them via email. Up until then they were discourteous and rude, but still did their job. Then, when going to print it out, they asked me to re-send it in two parts because they wanted a separate page for each. I asked them to do it in one and I could just cut it in half but they wouldn't listen. Not sure if they get a commission but after finding out they charge a crazy amount per page (over five times the highest price I've ever been charged per page anywhere), they said sorry, if you wanted to you could have just printed out one page(which was what I asked for) and if you don't want it you can go. It wasn't a huge financial blow but it was an incredibly frustrating experience, being spoken down to and dismissed offhand by people who clearly didn't want to do their job, some of whom barely spoke english and didn't even try to be legible or expend any sort of effort. Very disappointed, this place used to be a lot better.
