I am very pleasant with the whole crew (dwindling and understaffed). She goes out of her way to nitpick the most trivial nuances whatsoever, when attempting to drop off an item to mail. I weigh, pay for and print my own postage very ACCURATELY at all times. She always finds a FALSE issue. Apparently, she hates her job. I was denied sending a MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX package today. She claimed it "didn't fit right??!! Without confrontation, I went to my original home town of Saddle Brook PO, and asked if it my postage was correct, the package was sealed correctly, etc. The pleasant young lady there laughed and said "of course". No drama, no BS. I explained to her what the other "employee" had sad at the North Street, Elmwood Park location. She laughed and said, "I've heard about HER before, that's why people are comimg here instead. Terrible service at EP. FIRE HER! THE END.

Some nearby post offices tend to run out of certain ones, so that was a nice surprise. The history of this building, along with the statue and memorial outside, is pretty grim but also really interesting. It adds a level of character you don't always see at a post office.
