I printed out two mailing labels for my packages, but apparently my printer didn't do a great job because one of them wasn't scanning. After some back and forth I brought up the labels on my phone for it to scan, which worked but they still insisted on having the outside label, which is reasonable, so I asked if they could print it for me. After some more stubborn back and forth they asked me to send it to them via email. Up until then they were discourteous and rude, but still did their job. Then, when going to print it out, they asked me to re-send it in two parts because they wanted a separate page for each. I asked them to do it in one and I could just cut it in half but they wouldn't listen. Not sure if they get a commission but after finding out they charge a crazy amount per page (over five times the highest price I've ever been charged per page anywhere), they said sorry, if you wanted to you could have just printed out one page(which was what I asked for) and if you don't want it you can go. It wasn't a huge financial blow but it was an incredibly frustrating experience, being spoken down to and dismissed offhand by people who clearly didn't want to do their job, some of whom barely spoke english and didn't even try to be legible or expend any sort of effort. I have used this store for a while and and have never had a problem. Recently, I dropped off a letter with a check with a preprinted label. It was scanned as received by the store and then no other scans have come up. When I returned to the store to find out what happened all I was told was that it's not their fault. It must be the UPS pickup person's fault. Well, there's no way of tracing that so, now, it's lost and all they told me to do was file a claim. They didn't even try to look for it, maybe it fell behind something.. I will continue to use this store for amazon dropoffs because it's convenient, but for all UPS things, I will use another store or Fedex. I am very disappointed. It's easy to give compliments when there aren't any problems, but their customer service is really awful. read more

This UPS Store is the best. I travel 1/2 hour just to go to this store. The owner is very nice and explains exactly what you need to ship your items and gives you ideas to save money. The store is always open on time and very clean. Best UPS store I have been to. read more

All I can say is the customer service is amazing I called at closing (4:30pm) told them I was 7 mins away and if they could please stay open I had to mail something that needed to be mailed today. It was after hours they accommodated me & I was able to get my package sent out. I would absolutely be using them moving forward. read more

I had to deliver 30+ packages and they made it so easy. Very good about following masking and distancing with sanitizer always available. They told me to pack and drop off all the packages, number them and give them a numbered list of addresses. I left everything there and got a text with the total cost and all the tracking numbers. Then I paid over the phone. Everything got delivered quickly using UPS ground, even with a holiday weekend! They kept the tracking for me and followed up about one package when I asked. Since then I've had a few more to mail and they're always great--nice and efficient. read more

Slow service. When I got to the front of the line, the guy told me my box was unacceptable condition (even though this was a return in a box that was delivered to me by UPS). Told me I should get a new box, I said ok, then gave me the box and told me I had to buy a roll of packing tape. I ship things weekly through UPS and fedex, granted I just moved here from a city, never had such crappy service before. A ups employee has always been willing to tape up my package. I took my box and went elsewhere. read more

Ok, this is based on one visit, but the owner was extremely nice and helpful. I needed to ship a phone to a family member that had lost their phone. The owner helped me select the most economical delivery and included the packaging at no cost. Package was delivered as promised actually a bit earlier than expected. read more

Maybe nothing to rave about this small store, but I've used them several times for notary, fax, and mailing service and they have never disappointed. Service was attentive and informative. They answer the phone right away which is uncommon these days. Can't think of a reason they would not deserve 5 stars. read more
