This UPS store recently moved to this new standalone location, just few doors from its previous location in the plaza. Seems like the still renovation is going on as the floor is unfinished. But parking is much easier here, lots of spots in front and back of the store. I came to the store to drop off a package. An associate quickly scanner the QR code and put the label on the box. I got the confirmation receipt right away. The service was great. I noticed the store also had other facilities like selling shipping goods, printing and self drop off desk. read more

UPS IS CLOSED! ONLY OPEN FROM 9AM-11AM MONDAY-FRIDAY! What gives? You can't drop off your package in one their boxes anywhere either!Packages never get checked in and they just GO MISSING! NO RECEIPT, NO PROOF!! That's the answer you receive when you spend days trying to find where your package is!! What the heck? Seems like no one wants to work! I realize there is a Diesel shortage coming!!!!! Then what???!!!! I can't tell you how many times in the last 5 yrs. I have had a "lost" package. I sell on-line and I'm out the package and the money. Not right. I don't want to blame the drivers, but who else has a way to get the items out of the Drop Boxes? Now I can't even bring them straight to UPS!!!!!???? Today in 09/15/22 I went in and stood at the counter that was low, cause I am a petite person, I asked her if she could come over, to me, cause it was easier for me & her reply was but I'm over here , you come here. The shipping costs from this location are extremely high, as they do not offer UPS Simple Rate pricing. It cost over $120 to ship a 12x10x6 box; it would have cost only $74 using UPS Simple Rate. Never using this location's services again unless it's for prepaid drop off. read more

I've had occasion to use the services of the UPS store and always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful.

I am a big fan of this particular UPS store. The people who own and run it are friendly and very helpful. They have all the range of products and services of a shipping/copy center. Even though the UPS Store is a chain these locations are franchises, so they are "locally" owned. I prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. I sell a lot of items through eBay and I typically pack my items and print my own UPS labels. They have never complained when I brought my packages in to their location for UPS to pick up. They are able to process items so quickly that I now let them print off the labels for me. It will always cost you more when you pay someone else to pack things for you. When I have paid for them to pack an item they have done a fine job. It's always nice having someone on your side. This UPS Store definitely works hard to make your life easy. read more

THE BEST! Amazing customer service. Everyone who answers the phone or is at the counter always has an answer for my questions and they are very direct. I've been using them for my business mailbox for about 6 months now and have no complaints and every interaction I have with them has ended positive. Highly recommend! Had a package shipped here, power was out so I contacted the email and information left on the windows and door. Within two minutes the manager/owner Melissa from the Maywood UPS Store said she would drive over asap and help me get my package. The workers are fast but be prepared to be scolded for not taping your package shut. The worker told me "I'm gonna start charging customers for tape". It might have been because it was close to the winter holidays, but I didn't think going there without a taped package would be a huge problem. read more

After using my debit card here my card information was stolen. I was just passing by in the area and came in to mail something out. I never once shopped anything in Paramus area besides this establishment. The next day, I get 8 unauthorized transactions all in Paramus totaling almost $600. Beware of this place. read more

Don't go here without calling first! After a long day and commute home, I headed here to drop off a package and was greeted with a note reading "sorry we are closing at 6:30 today". While this may be acceptable for a mom and pop shop you can't run a corporate store this way. Not cool! read more

Lost boxes and very unhelpful/rude in trying to resolve the issue. Store clerk was very stand offish and extremely dismissive.

I don't think any store deserves 1 star because they closed earlier one day. I do agree however calling would be better (which is what I did). The staff that works there was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. That's why I give this store 5 stars although I only stopped by once. I dropped off a package on Friday the 12th of May for express shipping and may 16 the package was not showing any movement. I called on the 16th and the sales clerk was very rude and said to me, "call the 1-800 number, I am busy" and hung up the phone. My husband went to check 30minutes later and the package was at their place and no one ever scheduled a pick up. Very inefficient, very rude, save your time and go to the UPS in Maywood. read more
