All the workers at this store are friendly usually the young lady helps me she's always fast and efficient. My stuff is always packed nicely and always arrives on time and in good condition. I did not have a good experience at this location at all. From the quality of printing, the service, and especially the employees! I ended up at the Paramus location and I had a completely opposite experience. The Riveredge location was rude to me, gave me wrong information and the quality of the print job was awful. I wasted hundreds of dollars because they did not do the right job. I am so much happier with the Paramus location. Don't waste your time here - go to Paramus! read more

My GO-TO print depot! Friendly + courteous staffs, efficient service, & great selection of shipping and office supplies. I send prints via for same day or next day pick-ups, and they ALWAYS have a fast turnaround time. The staff understands accountability and goes above and beyond to assist customer's print/ship needs. I've been a customer for around 3 years after I moved into the area, and Alexis has ALWAYS been the bubbly, friendly, and excellent staff that we all wish to hire. And of course, she has been promoted to a manager, well deserved. Patricia is usually on site with Alexis and is very efficient at what she does. I highly recommend this location. FYI- This location is closed on Sundays due to New Jersey's Blue Law. Lots of free parking! read more

Came here because I needed to print a shipping label since my printer ran out of ink. Was greeted by a very nice lady working the desk on a Saturday afternoon. Told her that I needed to print something from my flash drive and she told me I can just stick in my usb on the printer and have it printed. That saved me some money using one of their computers and being charged with the internet fee and time time fee. Great place to get your stuff printed here. Costs me like 65 cents to print one page from my flash drive. It's not a big fedex location like other places, they only have one copy machine and two computers in the back. I can see if this place gets busy, might have to wait to use the copy machine. But all in all I had a great experience coming here because of the nice lady that greeted me. Also there is plenty of parking in the lot. Nice and small location where you can get your copying/shipping needs done here. read more

I waited in line for 15 minutes to fax over three documents. Why is there only one worker working? Not only that, it was $7.50 to FAX 3 SHEETS? I took out a $5 thinking I'll get change but little did I know...... And 3 days later, the person who was supposed to receive the fax never received it. So annoyed. read more

BEWARE! My package from Apple was stolen at this location. Package was rerouted to this location by someone at FedEx and they then claimed it was picked up. I never requested my package be rerouted and did not pick it up. ID was required for pick up, so obviously FedEx employees are behind the theft. FedEx was not helpful with the issue and all four people I spoke to were horrible. Thankfully Apple filed a claim, resolved the issue and replaced my stolen computer. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. If shipping Apple products or other expensive items through FedEx, I recommend applying "shipper restrictions" so changing delivery options is not allowed. read more

no one cares any more ! I paid for 1 day shipping twice to deliver docs that needed to be signed and returned. I had a hard deadline 1 day shipping both ways gave me an exta 2 days leeway. I get an email staring that the delivery which should've been here Thursday won't get here until the next Monday. shipped from NJ to NJ. call the River Edge store they tell me sorry nothing we can do call customer service call customer service " sorry nothing we can do". total BS. save your money send it USPS !!!! read more

Tanecia and joseph are so great! I've been coming here to get catalogues and other print jobs done for the past couple of years. They showed so many proofs until the proof came out right! If they werent printed right from their local printing facility, they redid it. Such great multi taskers and cater to your one to ones needs. This is my to go printing facility! I don't remember the last time I had a package shipped - probably 6-7 years ago. So, when I had to ship a small package yesterday I wasn't sure how to go about it. Alexis from this location made me feel at ease. She gave me my options in terms of what boxes I can use, showed me where to place the shipping labels and offered to pack it for me. TERRIBLE !!!! Can't give no stars so I guess 1 is fine. I signed up to receive text notifications regarding my package, so the first one stated they had attempted delivery but were unsuccesful due to no singature , I quickly signed on to the website to customize the delivery and scheduled it for a time I would be home. I PAID to have it delivered between 5-8pm that same day and even got the confirmation,yet around 7:00pm I figured I should call and make sure they were still coming . SO i spoke with someone at the facility who stated she did see the request in the system and she wasnt sure why the driver didn't attempt to come back like it said . She then said that he would not be coming back tonight because its too late but she said he will deliver it tomorrow . Total Bullshit because there is a snow storm and she said I would have to wait to get my package in order to get the money refunded to me . SO today I get a message stating the package will be delivered between 8-11am , which was okay because the weather wasnt bad it was just rain and I had signed the doortag he had left the day before so there wouldnt be a signature issue . But at 2:15 I get another text stating they were unable to make the delivery again ! I called the facility again and was told that this time it was due to the weather ( even though actual heavy snow didnt start falling until around that time, which was not the original est time of deliver) and that she is unsure when the package will be delivered. I never had this issue with any other shipping company , it's so annoyingly fustrating. read more
