I am very very happy with the invitation suite I ordered from Ruth at Cohen Printing. They are perfection and everything I wanted and more. They are exactly what I was expecting. That being said...I didn't even meet with her face-to-face! I live on the west coast and this business is on the east coast! I found Ruth & Cohen Printing on Google because of the specific search I did...Cohen Printing popped up and I'm so happy for that! First I ordered a few sample invitations online (which I highly recommend by the way if you are not able to see them in person at her store) and I received them within a few days. I chose the one I wanted and then corresponded with Ruth personally via phone and email. I emailed her exactly what I wanted the invitations to say along with all the of the addresses for the envelopes (I ordered the beautiful lined envelopes). The process was very easy, being so far away. She sent me proofs and we made necessary corrections. She was very patient and only wanted to ensure that I was 100% happy and satisfied. I received all the invitations as promised and when promised. When I opened the package I was so very impressed by how professionally packed and organized everything was! Ruth was very pleasant to work with. She is a straightforward person like myself and she undoubtedly doesn't settle for anything but the best results! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was stressed beyond belief because staples UPS and Fed ex all told me they couldn't print my guests addresses on my wedding envelopes. They all told me that the only option was to print on Avery labels. Just as I was about to cave and use labels I decided to look up printing stores and found RUTH!!!! I called her and she answered immediately. Her voice was reassuring and she told me to come in and she would see what she could do. When I came into the store and showed her my envelopes she said "okay no problem". She had fonts ready to be picked and she even helped me to make sure my address were correct. She did them for me right then and there and hand fed each envelope into her printer and there were a lot of envelopes!!! Besides being very professional she was very kind and I knew she wanted to take care of me unlike Staples UPS and FedEx. She has many many many invitation options from places like Vera Wang and William Arthur. Had I known about her I would have gone to her for my invitations. Getting invitations can be very stressful and if I had worked with her from the start I could have saved myself a lot of worry. She works hard and we have to support business women like her! Having made two B'nai Mitvahs in recent years, we now find ourselves with a wedding on our hands. Our recollection from the prior experiences was that the invitations were the most labor intensive, maddening part of the entire process. Instead of proceeding as we had previously, by going to a store that had shelves of invitation books that we, as customers, were expected to help ourselves to, we were lucky enough to find Ruth Cohen. Ruth's store also had shelves of invitations books, but she knew what was in each one of them, and after listening to what we thought we wanted was able to quickly find invitations in the style and price range that surpassed our expectations. We then prepared the language for the invitations and each of the inserts and emailed them to Ruth. Within 2-3 days Ruth emailed back to us the beautiful proofs that she had so carefully and professionally formatted. Once we agreed on the final proofs, the invitations arrived in her store in about two weeks time. The finished product was superb and it was so much less stressful than our previous experiences. Were can I begin , If Ruth can do my Daughter's wedding invitations she can do anyone's invitations no matter what part of the world u live !! Have you ever heard of having to make or order 3 invitations for a wedding. Well I did !! My daughter decided to marry an Orthodox Jew !! I am a conservative Jew ! His family demanded they wanted an invitation in Hebrew , a second invitation with their names on it and my name . After my daughter and I had begged them since I was divorced and my daughter had no relationship with her Dad she only wanted an invitation that said Monica and Daniel invite u to share their wedding with their families. No they had to have their names . Mr & Mrs . Bla bla bla So in order not to have arguments I ordered 3 invitations. 1. Hebrew 2. Monica & Daniel 3. Mr & Mrs. Bla bla bla Ruth and I have had 3 months of hell !! So I repeat if Ruth can do my invitations she can do anyone's invitations. By the way this was done all by phone since I live in Florida because I could not find a place that had beautiful designs with Hebrew writings . Since Ruth is from Israel things were much easier! Ruth was instrumental in providing advice on the choice of the invitation and did an outstanding job at graphically designing them. My wife and I just had a great experience working with Ruth Cohen at Cohen Printing for our son's Bar Mitzvah invitations. From the initial call to Ruth to set up a meeting all the way to completion of the invitations, it was nothing but a pleasurable and easy experience. Ruth was absolutely amazing (we used her for our son's Bar Mitzvah invitations)! She came highly recommended to us and we couldn't agree more. My invitations turned out just as I wanted it to. I wanted to use both English and Hebrew and it turned out great!! Definitely happy with the final product. They're very helpful. Don't hesitate to call them if you have any questions. I was, at first, intimidated in using their online ordering form because it confused me since it was my first time using it. But after giving them a call, it was pretty easy thereafter. They give you a proof first to review. They will only print if you're happy and you give them the go-ahead signal. We looked for an invitation designer and store all over the internet and in NYC but they were all either very expensive or required a lot of advace time (which we did not have). We were then referred by friends to Cohen Printing. Soooo impressed! Ruth is great and so efficient! I emailed her in the morning about my wedding place cards (257 cards to be exact!) and she answered right away, even hours before the store opened. I told her I would be in the neighborhood later that same day and she did them within a few hours!! They are beautiful!
