As you can see from my pics the place is quite large and the prices are very reasonable. I was here on a Friday just before noon so it was not so crowded. The check-out process went well. All prices were properly marked for check out. I purchased around $150 of party supplies, including some nice looking plastic champagne glasses. Party time!

It is super fun shopping here because there are so many aisles and it's SO CHEAP (my favorite bit). Right from wine glasses to baby stuff to lotions and shampoos to party stuff to stationary to shoes socks and even kitchen stuff- they literally have everything here. The people who work here are pretty helpful and polite. The store hours change constantly, it's quite tiring to catch up with it. They are usually closed on Saturday, pretty sure about that bit. Fun fact - they don't have "happy birthday" banners. How weird is that. They have everything else, "congratulations", "it's a boy/girl", "merry Christmas", "happy new year" everything! But no happy birthday. They don't carry it all, I heard from one of the employees.

The concept is interesting (products from around the world) which is exactly what the name suggests. They sell a mix of food items like snacks, pasta, sauces, and other specialty products, along with home goods, furniture, rugs, and decor. It's not a huge store, so the selection feels more like a broad sampling across many categories rather than a deep selection in any one department. Pricing was the biggest drawback for me. Many items that you'd normally find at a regular grocery or home goods store were priced two to three times higher here. I'd really only recommend buying something if it's truly unique and not easy to find elsewhere. That said, I did notice some holiday items on clearance priced as much as 90% off, which is definitely worth keeping an eye out for -- you might score a great deal if you catch the right clearance section. It's a fun place to browse and see some interesting items, but it ended up being about a ten-minute visit for me.

I found some of my favorite products like British Maltesers, the pocky, Korean chips and Cocacola sodas from Asia. They also had so many other food products like popcorns, bake goods, maple syrups, tea, coffee, almost same as a grocery store. They also have a huge furniture, home goods, and Christmas products (ornaments, cookies, pies, decors) sections. All items are very organized. Though prices are a but higher since all are exported goods. We spent a long time strolling around the store. All the associates were very friendly, helping out customers with products and at the checkout.

We really gave her free reign to suggest what she would like to based on our home and family style. She did not disappoint. Etta suggested some things quite honestly we would never had considered (a rug for example that i was really unsure of and now i could not imagine our space without it). She understood that we wanted to spend where it mattered and save in areas where it made sense. On installation day, she was here and ensured everything got placed exactly (and i mean exactly) to her measurements. Thank you Etta! We love the space. Jamie & family

That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs.

I show up to the place on Monday afternoon and there is a sign on the door with special hours pertaining to Friday, January 19th. Since Monday was January 22nd, I decided to call. The answering machine picked up after what felt like 100 rings and it said: for faster service contact us through What's App and gave the phone #. I messaged them. No response. I call the What's App #. No response. So I call again today. Still no answer but the machine says to look for their 'daily hours' on their Instagram page. I can't find the hours but I sent them a message on that site and for a brief moment, the hours appear and it states they should have been open all the times I was calling and messaging and showing up at their door. Well after being extremely frustrated, I decided to move on and shop elsewhere. Of course, as I am pulling up to another store, they finally reached out and said they will be open at 12pm. Too late. I shouldn't have to chase you down to give you business. And this would have been a very expensive order! Do you just open up random hours or when you feel like it? I'm not sure how you are going to stay in business if people can't just show up to shop. I was so disgusted and disappointed with the effort I had to put in just to try to buy things. They have beddings, quilts, towels, home furnishings, kitchenware, couches, and so much more. There's a sale section on the second floor as well. The store is so nicely organized, bright and clean. There are checkout counters on both floors. Multiple associates are available around the store helping out customers with questions and trying out products. This was my first time visiting the store. I was looking for a particular comforter in the store but it wasn't available. Checking around the whole space, I felt the store had smaller collection than the website. Nevertheless I had a good time walking around the store and getting a feel of different products. Since it's Pottery Barn, everything was very pricey as expected.

I attempted to leave a review on the bed…read moreI bought on the PB website only to realize they don't even have reviews anymore probably because they know their products would get poor reviews!!!! I ordered the Carmel Upholstered Bed, Tall Headboard, King in stores. With the White Glove delivery fee and tax it ended up costing just over $2200. I received it poorly built with corners misaligned and so much empty space and no wood on the base. When my tempur-pedic mattress went on top of it there were horrible gaps on rach side of the frame full of exposed wood and air space. The holes in the corners were large enough to sit my hand and foot in. I went back in stores to request a return and refund. First off customer service is horrible because they just try to gaslight you by attempting to blame it on the mattress probably being the wrong dimensions. A case was opened up and over the next few weeks I was on the phone with PB. I also was told to send in pictures and videos with dimensions. I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant. But my husband and I hunkered down and took all the requested photos and videos and I emailed them in via google drive. I wouldn't go through all these measures unless I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. I wanted the bed picked up on top of a refund because it is a sight for sore eyes. The build/quality is worse than if I had bought a bed frame off of Amazon or Ikea and built it myself. It definitely was not a $2200 bed frame. It is a regret purchase and even if I was offered it for 50% off I wouldn't take it. After wasting all my time, PB emailed back initially stating they would request refund, THEN emailed back a week later denying my refund and suggesting I call the San Francisco office. Kathryn who I was corresponding with didn't even bother to provide it in the email, and instead said I could search it up online, AKA google it. All this to say the customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't care about customer satisfaction and they were rude about it, simply gaslighting you trying to tell you "this is how it is". I am attaching photos of everything and warning people to not spend your precious money on horribly built furniture from here. You are taking a risk and if you end up hating it you will have wasted money and will end up stuck with the furniture. I am now stuck with the ugliest and lowest quality bed that I wasted $2200 on AND I wasted weeks of my time! What is truly the point of a customer service department if not to resolve customer concerns?

Every single shelf is over stocked, crowded and overflowing and it makes it really difficult to find what you need. There were customers walking in immediately stating that the place was overwhelming and I can't disagree. I can't even imagine being an employee there having to straighten up at the end of the night or having to find space to stock shelves. The store was super clean and organized though it was a smaller size than other locations. However, it was fully stocked. There were tons of holiday decorations, santa figures, nutcrackers and the like. Lots of choices for small gifts as well. The pre-decorated wreaths that I spotted were really nice. Can't beat the prices in this store.
