The people who work here are pretty helpful and polite. The store hours change constantly, it's quite tiring to catch up with it. They are usually closed on Saturday, pretty sure about that bit. Fun fact - they don't have "happy birthday" banners. How weird is that. They have everything else, "congratulations", "it's a boy/girl", "merry Christmas", "happy new year" everything! I ordered a ghiacco flush mount light in 4/21/2026 for. Arhaus shipped the order which was delayed to begin with . I received the order with an incomplete set of crystals. I sent pictures of the items which they agreed where incomplete . I have been following up with Arhaus periodically to receive the crystals to complete the order I paid for . They keep pushing back the deadline without informing me . I have to follow up and then learn there is yet another delay . They are not taking action that I can see on my case . They want me to keep waiting when I'm unsure if they are actually following up with their parts department . They refuse to give me a refund without me having to hire an electrician to remove the current light at my expense . Their partial refund for the 7 month delay is only 300 which won't cover the electrician and painter in case there is damage . I told them that if they don't fulfill my order I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and their supervisor threatened to send me to collections . Where is the responsibility of a company to deliver the item which they collected money for ? They took my money and have yet to deliver the complete item. Also they continue to fulfill orders for the same item on their website . Avoid them .
