Here you'll find snacks, candy, household essentials, party decorations, kids' toys, beauty products, school supplies, etc. They have some unique items like bed sheets, shoes, sunglasses, carpets, wall decor, and luggage. Obviously the quality isn't too high. Don't forget to check the expiration date of anything you buy, especially food... They don't have any signage, so you're going to have to enjoy the thrill of the hunt while you find what you're looking for. Some items are a steal, while some are overpriced. No refunds. Exchanges are only allowed within seven days. Double check your receipt after the employee rings you up. Sometimes they try to be sneaky with the prices. Happy Shopping.

I MADE OUT LIKE A BANDIT!!!!…read more Giving two kids - 9 and 11 y ears old - a $20 budget for Christmas/Hanuka shopping made me tense given that we were headed to Walmart... However little 9 year old princess convinced her brother and myself that this store was the place... We relented to her. Alas I havent been in that area much, but I do know that Spring Valley had an itsy bitsy AS. Not anymore people! Apparently they are in place of the huge PathMark that used to be there. Although the "local"s are nosy and pushy (sorry, i speak the truth) the kids heaped up gifts that were really smart and fun. My little princess had to have her "maybe" pile and the little guy was pensive adding numbers and choosing wisely. It did take a while, but I'll tell ya - what a huge selection. We walked out with so much stuff, from make your own jewelry box, hello kitty teddy that opened to a blanket, basketball, school lunch bag with a cool key chain, pens, lip gloss that I am highly considering next years budget to be $10.... Great bang for your buck.

What a cool experience!…read more My husband and I went on a Wednesday in the middle of the day and it was a dream getting to go down every aisle in peace. We were able to look through their extensive selection and... man, do they have some great deals! We were really looking forward to seeing their meat selection. They have quite the selection, from ground lamb, wild caught salmon, racks of ribs, full boxes of chicken breast for just 60$. You really can't beat the value you get at this location. For example, they were selling two raw whole chickens in a pack for just $10 and two raw halal chickens in a pack for $18. I'd highly recommend coming in with a shopping list or just a few items in mind that you really want to buy because the selection can get overwhelming. We were also blown away by the selection of nuts and healthy snacks like fruit leather/jerky, etc. So what are you waiting for? Definitely stop by!

Costco business center, Hackensack, NJ…read more First time shopping at the Costco business center which opens at 7am. There was ample parking space and it wasn't too crowded as regular Costco when we visited Saturday morning. They didn't have food court, cosmetics, clothing and other specialty items but there was more variety of drinks, meat, snacks, commercial kitchen related items that were not in the regular costco.

Ocean State Job Lot is a fun store to visit. It's a chain, so look for the one closest to home…read more This Job Lot is located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. It's always fun to visit here as you'll find all kinds of things for around your home. Prices can be fantastic or average so keep your eyes out. They have a rewards/membership program though I don't know if I've ever gotten any sort of discount. I'm particularly pleased that they've expanded their hours a bit more. During the pandemic, they started closing every day at PM. That didn't leave much time for shopping after dinner. They finally extended hours back to closing at 8PM. That's a little better. You'll find clothing very cheap and it is what it is. The quality isn't always bad. Thermals and flannels are hardy and last a while. T-shirts, maybe not so much. But for the prices, I think you'll be pleased. Seasonal items for the garden, the pool, around the yard, holiday decorations, you'll find all of that in here. Pure maple syrup is another hot item here. Watch for the sales when it's really cheap. They also have pet supplies and plenty of other home goods. It's overall a fun store!
