I MADE OUT LIKE A BANDIT!!!!…read more Giving two kids - 9 and 11 y ears old - a $20 budget for Christmas/Hanuka shopping made me tense given that we were headed to Walmart... However little 9 year old princess convinced her brother and myself that this store was the place... We relented to her. Alas I havent been in that area much, but I do know that Spring Valley had an itsy bitsy AS. Not anymore people! Apparently they are in place of the huge PathMark that used to be there. Although the "local"s are nosy and pushy (sorry, i speak the truth) the kids heaped up gifts that were really smart and fun. My little princess had to have her "maybe" pile and the little guy was pensive adding numbers and choosing wisely. It did take a while, but I'll tell ya - what a huge selection. We walked out with so much stuff, from make your own jewelry box, hello kitty teddy that opened to a blanket, basketball, school lunch bag with a cool key chain, pens, lip gloss that I am highly considering next years budget to be $10.... Great bang for your buck.

Gone are the days of dollar store items actually being $1…read more This is a discount store that offers a wide selection of merchandise. Some items are still a dollar, but many are not. Here you'll find snacks, candy, household essentials, party decorations, kids' toys, beauty products, school supplies, etc. They have some unique items like bed sheets, shoes, sunglasses, carpets, wall decor, and luggage. Obviously the quality isn't too high. Don't forget to check the expiration date of anything you buy, especially food... They don't have any signage, so you're going to have to enjoy the thrill of the hunt while you find what you're looking for. Some items are a steal, while some are overpriced. No refunds. Exchanges are only allowed within seven days. Double check your receipt after the employee rings you up. Sometimes they try to be sneaky with the prices. Happy Shopping.

Restaurant Depot is a great place for bulk shopping, especially for restaurant owners and caterers…read more They have a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and pantry staples at competitive prices. The quality of the products is generally very good, and the variety is impressive. However, the shopping experience can be a bit chaotic--aisles can be crowded, and checkout lines tend to be long. I swear no matter the day or time you go it is always packed! Be careful in the parking lot too people drive way to fast and are not aware of their surroundings and it is an accident waiting to happen! Customer service is hit or miss, but if you know what you need, it's a solid option for stocking up. Overall, a reliable spot for bulk purchases with room for improvement in organization and service.

As luck would have it, while going down one of my IG (Instagram) browsing black holes, I came across the IG for Market House! I love, love, loved the posts and all the things that the owner posts so much so, I asked if she had curbside pickup. Not only did she say she could accommodate but she also kindly took pictures of any item I was interested in and gave great suggestions! I ended up buying 2 cute plants and pots which I'm in love with. I put them on my desk and they brighten my mood. The curbside pick up was really great too! Everything from payment to the pickup of the items was completely contactless. She even offers to deliver locally! I greatly appreciate the kindness and respect for contactless service, as well as the wonderful suggestions. 150% a fantastic place to shop.
