Cava was its most recent grand opening and I'm so happy they are adding healthy option places. There is always security present and walking the mall. During high peak season they don't hire extra help to sort any congestion in parking lots and security for extra added attention to detail. Cross county is great on holiday festivities and love food drink market they have throughout the year. Great Prices and safety while shopping is so important and I definitely feel safe shopping here. We came for Busy Bee play center to give our kiddo the chance to burn off some energy and we definitely took advantage of the mall Chinese food. Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." WATCH OUT FOR THE STUPID SECURITY GUARD…read more I was there a few days ago (April 29), early in the morning looking for the LLBean store to return an item. I asked a young, male Hispanic security guard who was sitting in his clearly marked security car where the store was and he told me it was on the other end of the strip. (it turns out the store was on the block we were on). I was later told by a worker (who barely spoke English ) at a pizza restaurant at the other end of the strip that the LLBean was at the other end of the mall where I had been. I DON'T KNOW IF HE'S STUPID OR INCOPETENCE, BUT HOW DO YOU WORK SECURITY IN A MALL AND NOT KNOW WHERE THE STORES ARE (WHAT IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY). I HOPE HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY A FIREARM. HE NEEDS TO EITHER BE RE-TRAINED OR FIRED.
