You could come here first to exercise or simply enjoy the view of the Hudson and the tranquility, and then do your shopping--or vice versa. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure who manages this place--whether it's the state government or someone else--but it is very well maintained, with plenty of trash cans and benches for enjoying the view. It's Free. There are a couple of stores to window shop and eateries to drop by (aka Haagen Dazs). On our (my) to-do is to try out the Old Pancake House (I've been to the other two locations and am a fan - my OPH fandom will be complete once I try the one in City Place.) I walk here, but there's a parking deck if you're driving. In short, nice shopping area in a good location.

There's large table spaces, good internet connection and a cafe. I've been using this space as a work space since opening and everyone is super friendly. This is a great spot for meet ups, first dates, play dates, and everything in between. I've been here a few times since they opened in April. I think I've tried everything so far: Hawaiian, Filipino, Japanese, Italian, Jamaican, and THEE MOST AMAZING BROWNIES that I've ever had.
