He was over 10x the limit. I don't see how you can blame what happened on the owners of Tonnelle Plaza for that. As for the amount of time the repairs took, I would guess that filling in a dump-truck sized hole in a parking lot takes a decent amount of planning and physical labor, not to mention the legalities of who was going to pay for it. I do agree that the owners could have been far more forthcoming about when they would reopen.

Can't get your workout in at Planet Fitness either! They had made repairs to the ramps over the course of a couple years but it doesn't appear that helped. I can see the current tenants like Chase, Aldi, and Chuck E Cheese lining up to sue the current landlord if this situation is not rectified ASAP! Needed to use the restroom and that is also an area that only has one per gender and the lines become a bit much. Due to the restrooms overuse it definitely requires additional cleaning to maintain it clean and stocked with toiletries.
