Initially, Angela was friendly and helpful as I began looking through the selection. However, when I mentioned that I needed to come back to show my family before making a decision, her attitude shifted dramatically. She rushed through the rest of my appointment and ended it earlier than the allotted one hour. I didn't even get the chance to view the dresses on the other side of the store. When I called a week later to schedule another appointment to see the dresses I missed, Angela told me I wasn't ready to order and told me she had no appointments for me. She is too busy with customers that want to make a purchase. I was shocked by such poor customer service. Shopping for a dress in this price range--$800-$1000-is a significant decision, and I wanted to be certain before making a purchase. Instead of encouraging me and offering guidance, Angela dismissed me and refused to give me another opportunity to return. I've never encountered a bridal store that expects customers to commit to a purchase on the spot, especially for such an important occasion. Now I understand why I was the only person in the store on a Saturday afternoon. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tony Conte to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
