We were completely lied to you about a custom outfit, the Alpha showed up incorrectly and the size does not fit. We were told it was custom and there is a size on the outfit, For the hundreds of dollars and the inconvenience that happened of running back-and-forth from New York City was her affect. With no choice one day before baptism we had to rig an outfit which is not what was paid for. She has since lied about refunding the money and has even used excuses about six family members. How someone like this isn't business is beyond me. If I didn't have personal issues preventing me from filing a lawsuit due to my time I assure you this would have already happened and it's still not off the table. Save your money from not only horrible product but I completely deceptive woman. Even the seamstress she sent us two I have recorded conversation saying this is not the first time this has happened. Other items are cheap despite being valuable. Items sometimes still have the original store price on them and it is often lower than the thrift price which is insane. The store is littered with broken items still priced high. Knockoffs are priced like the real deal. Items with little value like Hummel figures are bagged and priced outrageously high even with heads broken off or hands missing. So many items are bagged and you cannot see what is in the bag. Identical items are split up and spread around the store. Items that should be sold together are priced separately and irrationally. I once saw two identical items in two different locations. One was priced at $8 and the other at $26. Neither was worth even the lower price.

It's one thing to not label the boxes properly or to have the store cleaner and organized feeling but to not actively try to help customers that come in with finding clothes or whatever is just really lame.
