The owner, Mishel is the one to work with-basically a personal shopper who will gauge your shape, size and need and pull together 3-5 outfits to consider in 15-20 mins. Location: busy road and a bit challenging to find, but there was ample parking. This store is located in a small strip mall with a few other design type businesses. Product/displays: lots! They have a ton of cribs and dressers with all the accessories. The biggest thing is all the higher end strollers they have available with the accessories. I liked the all terrain display you can test out their products. Customer service: these guys know their stuff! The two guys in the stroller area answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy. Overall we will purchase their site and tell our friends/family.

The inventory was disorganized and difficult to navigate, and there wasn't enough staff on the floor to help. I looked for someone to assist for a while with no luck. Disappointing experience for what should have been an easy, big shopping day.

Long summary: I unfortunately had a nightmare experience at a bridal shop in Florida that essentially scammed me. I had to find a new dress and I was feeling a little down about the whole experience. Angela was recommended by a friend of mine so I decided to check out her shop. Little did I know, her shop is GORGEOUS and feels like you are walking into a princess's walk-in closet. Angela is so lovely and takes time to listen to what you're looking for. She then allows you to actually look through all of her gowns (YES!) and really see what you like! She lets you try on whatever you'd like and then of course picks a few of her own that are magically perfect. A huge bonus is that she only takes 1 bride per appointment so you get the whole shop to yourself. She is transparent about prices and has very affordable options. She also offers veils (at a very reasonable price), jewelry, hair pieces, and bridesmaid dresses. Needless to say, I found my dream dress and we're up to the alterations stage. My dress looks perfect and I am just so excited to wear it!! Photos to come after October 2020

She replied with "samples of letters?" in a way that made me feel like I was stupid for asking such a question- kind of in a wise as* way. After that interaction, I decided to leave. They clearly didn't want to work with me, she was rude to me, and had no customer service skills. Also, their display items show embroidered hearts and other symbols so I truly believe my design choice could've been done but they just didn't want my money or business.
