Love this store. Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Worked with Allen recently and had a great experience. No pressure sales.

Was able to drive my car into the store to test the car seat in my actual vehicle which was so helpful.

Before I walk in my husband always gives me the talk saying don't go in buying the entire store, which I do because they have so much to choose from. I guess it's also kind of bad that the workers know me when they see me - ahaha I guess that means I'm too much of a regular customer. Some of my favorite brands to purchase are : carters, dream on me, oogi boogie, Frida, Evolur, and fisherprice. I'm so upset that they will be closing this location in the next few weeks. Everything in the store is discounted, but I felt like I was getting a great deal even before. If you're pregnant or know someone who is, they should check this place out before they close because the strollers and cribs are on sale.

The staff I encountered on my visits were helpful and sometimes proactive. It is a baby superstore so there is a lot to check out like strollers. I don't recommend coming here to check out the gliders - they don't have that many in stock and they are very worn out as well as occupied by shoppers. If you are setting up your registry, download the app. Parking - there is pregnant mother and newborn family parking.

We came here recently to take a look at some furniture for our future kid, and Ed inside was amazing! He greeted us, then left us alone! I love the no hassle experience. Some things that I noticed, the parking lot needs to be paved again very soon... And the building needs some modernization. Really no big deals, but curb appeal is important! Ed greeted us very warmly as we walked in. I would also like to add, that the inside needs a little TLC / updating as well. The ceiling looks like it is coming down in more than 1 spot. To the right is boys, to the left is girls. Right as you walk in is the cashier and custom baby clothes. They have many many many options! It feels a little cramped. The store felt stuffed... They have many models of baby cribs and all other baby related items on display. But it just felt cramped... They could do with 10% more space, or 10% less stuff... All the furniture and baby items were beautiful! We didn't end up buying anything here, but if you are in the market for baby stuff, I highly recommend!!!!

Not once have we ever been pushed to buy the more expensive item. Doreen and Ed have each taken their time to answer our questions in person, on the phone, or through email. They always have the items we are looking for and always beat the competition price wise. Even big box stores. Their knowledge and honesty is just a bonus. Doreen basically spent almost two hours sitting with my wife helping her design the baby room. Edward spent almost an hour going through the different car seats with me. Love these guys and their business model!

You WILL buy something even if you just plan to window shop at this beautiful store…read more We have been to the PBK location at Short Hills mall in the past and we're shopping for a toddler chair cover, which's zipper came off recently and got here since we were at Paramus. They have a well maintained shop, which most of the PBK locations do and the staff attend to you personally through your time, which again most of the PBKs do too :) They have a variety of items from various collections from crib to toys and is good stop for all about to be, new and relatively old parents. We ordered a new cover with a customized name printed (removed it digitally here) with a small wait time. Since it's in a mall the weekend parking was so much in demand and is purely based on your luck to find one sooner and closer to the entrance.

The store is bright, beautifully organized and has exceptional quality products. They also have a lot of the festive season products too for gifting. We went to the store to check out the Disney Princess comforter and pillows for our daughter. It was thick and soft, loved the quality. Most of the items are very expensive, since it is Pottery Barn. The associates at the store are very friendly. They checked on us multiple times and assisted us with questions about different products.

Although they…read moredid not carry the size I needed, the young lady who assisted me was willing to suggest where I could find what I was looking for and I was so happy with her service that I promised to come back and see if I could purchase something from this store. After the ballet recital, I went back to the store with my little ballet dancer but was greeted instead by a rude proprietor who I gather is the mother of the helpful associate. Terrible, terrible customer service - she didn't want my daughter touching the clothes with the Elsa character on them that she was begging me to buy, or holding the various stuffed animals she had around the shop. If there's a price tag on it, I don't see why customers can't look at it... She kept making snide comments about having to "grin and bear it" when certain customers come into the store. I started off having about 4 overpriced outfits that I could have picked up elsewhere for less, but as this snooty woman kept pestering around me making rude comments, I put them all back, asked her when the helpful associate was going to be at work and told her it was because I didn't appreciate her commentary about me or my child. For a store that sells children's clothing, she was certainly extremely anti-children. For a truly wonderful boutique experience and much better clothing styles, go to the Parisienne children's boutique in the Shops at Riverside strip...there at least the proprietor likes children and treats the customers with respect. I'm still baffled as to why she maintains a business where she doesn't seem to like children and she's selling children's clothes.
