I'm startled by some of the reviews complaining about donations but I've never brought anything in to be sold. It's funny how some expect to get top dollar for their used clothes, toys. If you haven't even used the item, there must be a reason. Most sections are color coded and I have found the merchandise to be exceptionally nice. I've purchased everything from high chairs to dresses to down jackets here for very fair prices. I've also been to the store in West Springfield which is also very nice. It's worth the trip

So when I needed a few special baby gifts I was so happy to see the store was still open and Susan was still running things. It was a beautiful store back then and is just as lovely now. Absolutely beautiful clothing, everything displayed perfectly with a great selection. Susan knew just what I was looking for and made my purchases so easy. I see her EVERYTIME I pass by the store. I go to that mall quite frequently with my kids. She gives you the vibe that if you're not dressed in designer clothes from head to toe, she's not going to pay much attention to you. I was dressed nicely, but maybe not to her "standards". It's as if she's looking down on me. Every question I asked was either met with an irritable tone and sigh or she'd cut me mid-sentence. I ended up not buying anything. That said they have a ton of super cute items for both boys and girls and the younger ones to juniors. They recently relocated and the store layout makes it so intuitive and easy to navigate through.
