Woman is totally rude. Yelled at my 4 year old who was just excited. Yelled at my 2 year old who was clicking a baby toy that was on shelf. Yelled again at my 4 year old who was playing with the train set that was meant to be played with. Acted like I didn't know how to parent. My 2 year olds croc fell off, and she got mad. Maybe if you vacuumed your floors it wouldn't be an issue. It's disgusting. Also, don't like the pride flag on front door of a child's store. Don't groom kids. read more

Amazing selection of unique toys and specialty brands that I have not been able to find outside of Europe. She always has the latest items that I can't find in large chain stores. I always find something lovely and well priced for birthday parties and for my daughter. The owner is lovely and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to have a place like this when it seems everything is moving to large scale chain stores with tons of the same old poor quality merchandise lacking imagination. read more

Lots of unique items but did not feel like a welcoming place. The owner snatched an item my daughter was showing me out of her hands (as she was asking me a question about it) and told her she was not to touch anything unless she was going to buy it. I might have bought the item if the owner gave me a chance to look at what my daughter was trying to show me. My daughter wanted to leave the store right after that and I don't blame her. No interest in returning to the store after that experience as I doubt my daughter would want to go back anyway. read more

This place is full of disrespectful, no welcoming , no business manner and the salesperson are incredibly rude.

I went inside in hopes find a gift for my nephew and instead of being greeted professionally I was harshly told to put on a mask which is no longer a state mandate. It could've been a positive experience if people knew how to speak to one another, but hopefully this store becomes more mainstream by removing the mask requirement (like everyone else has) and also install proper air conditioning. Great Store!! I called and asked for some specific items and when I came in they were waiting for me at the counter. Not only were they just what I wanted, but they were high quality pieces in very pretty colors, just what a toddler would love. There are so many items to choose from for all ages. the store is nice, but the owner definitely doesn't like kids! she has no empathy, no patience towards kids and also does not hesitate to talk to the kids directly about any "bad" behavior, like touching the toys. I live very close and would make every effort it not to go there ever again. read more

I am really surprised that there are not more poor reviews. I went to this store 5 years ago with my 4 year old, and the owner was very rude to my son. He was playing on the front train table that she has set up for kids to play on. We left, and I haven't been back until today because I decided to give her a second chance. Maybe she had a bad day. Today, I brought my 4 year old daughter because I told her she could pick out a present if she did not suck her thumb for one week (breaking bad habits over here!). I was browsing as my daughter played on the front table. This time it had a few puzzles and fine motor toys for young children. I would say that the toys were meant for younger children, maybe ages 2-3 but my daughter decided to engage. The owner walked up and snatched one of the toys out of her hands because she had put a piece that was not supposed to go into one of the holes. Then, my daughter picked up another puzzle (meant for a younger age as it probably had 6 pieces in it total) and the owner looked at her and said "I am not going to let you play with this. I can tell you will not be putting everything back in the right way." I picked my daughter up and said "That's it we are leaving" She started sobbing and crying that she did not pick out her toy yet. As we got in the car, my daughter said "Why did that lady do that to me?" I have literally never reviewed anything in my life, but being that this was a store I gave a second chance to and then had a more horrible experience the second time, I feel like I must. I was in last minute need of a birthday gift. I called the store to alert them that I would arrive 5 minutes before closing. The owner was so nice and accommodating, assured me she would stay and helped me find the gift I was looking for, then wrapped it while my children played with some sample toys that were out in the store. There is a very good selection of toys some more unique finds as well. You might find something great that you didn't even know you were looking for. read more
