I see her EVERYTIME I pass by the store. I go to that mall quite frequently with my kids. She gives you the vibe that if you're not dressed in designer clothes from head to toe, she's not going to pay much attention to you. I was dressed nicely, but maybe not to her "standards". It's as if she's looking down on me. Every question I asked was either met with an irritable tone and sigh or she'd cut me mid-sentence. I ended up not buying anything. The store itself had everything a comic book fan could ever need - anything from the newest comics, to older paperbacks, lots of toys & collectibles to cards games, and tons of bins full of back-issues. I was blown away by how much they kept in stock. After talking with the owners and learning more about their history and knowledge of the comic industry, it's clear that they truly put their customers first and are always willing to go out of the their way to make sure you've got the toys and comic books that you need. The owners came out and chatted with us about pokemon cards, figures, and other collectables. They were so nice, and gave my son a few cards for free to start his collection, as well as a kit to put them in. There are even items available for adults! the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice group of kids, always willing to assist a customer. They even have a return policy now! You can't get your money back, but you can exchange an item. A perfect place to buy gifts for needy children. You can afford to buy many gifts so the child has a lot of presents to open. I would love to see an exchange policy which would allow a customer to donate money so someone who wants to donate presents during holiday time can do so by using the donated money to purchase for needy children.
