Or at least not paying for it until you actually see it and have it in your hand. The staff was helpful until the product wasn't what I had in mind. Five minutes after leaving the store my stomach was in knots because what I received was not what we discussed. We all hate conflict but I was so unhappy I then discussed it with the sales person. I reminded her of what I had asked for, I let her know that what I got was not right. She was not hearing me, and was actively trying to convince me otherwise. No apology came, which would have made a world of difference. I'm not exactly sure why she didn't want to help me purchase the right product, but it was clear, she didn't want to help me. BUT... a few hours later the store manager called me and made things right. This is huge. She was level headed, patient with my uncertainty, and very helpful. She offered me options and she changed my mind about my review. Give them a try, ask for Barbara.

Lastly, the vibe and decor of the store is extremely trendy and this is further reflected in the intriguing knickknacks at the register and Art Deco like color schemes. I'd absolutely recommend Rowan for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and expertly done body modification.

Imagine telling a 10 year old...'hollow bore sterilized needle...', she has no idea what half of the words meant! She's 10.
