The coat had a belt, and John thoughtfully removed it, added snaps, and truly modernized the piece while completely respecting its history. The result is stunning. John was incredibly kind, friendly, and personable. He took so much time with my mom and me, carefully explaining all the options, talking us through fur in general, and educating us on different styles and types of furs. We never felt rushed and genuinely felt cared for throughout the process. John is the BEST. A real legend. On top of that, his showroom is filled with absolutely gorgeous pieces.
